Pros: Plotto lets you see what your respondents are saying. Literally. This product not only does the traditional survey stuff (well), it lets people record a video answer. Researchers get to see the video which means they can see how people feel, if they're serious, etc. The software also returns a transcript of those video answers and a facial recognition-based sentiment analysis. Very cool. Very helpful in ascertaining qualitative characteristics.

Cons: The admin user interface could look nicer. The support team told me this is on their roadmap. I'd also like the facial recognition to sample more frequently, but that's just me being picky.

Comments: Great overall experience, filling up some long awaited niches. The value for the money is there, along with customer support, which guides you thru any potential road bump.
