Pros

It's incredibly easy to use. You can look over all of your data easily, filtering as needed. The team are really great to work with. What I love most is the ability to see respondent responses as they happen. It adds to a wonderful presentation for clients to see how people react

Cons

Sometimes you get multiple responses from respondents where they have made a mistake and have to manually change this

Pros

Plotto lets you see what your respondents are saying. Literally. This product not only does the traditional survey stuff (well), it lets people record a video answer. Researchers get to see the video which means they can see how people feel, if they're serious, etc. The software also returns a transcript of those video answers and a facial recognition-based sentiment analysis. Very cool. Very helpful in ascertaining qualitative characteristics.

Cons

The admin user interface could look nicer. The support team told me this is on their roadmap. I'd also like the facial recognition to sample more frequently, but that's just me being picky.
