### "A great software for Florida compliance! "

Until now our overall experience is great, fast set up, kind and available support, everything is running smooth.

Pros

Ease of use, user friendly, strong communication features, perfect for compliance. Any Florida HOA should look for those guys for documents storage, website and E-voting. Their customer service is also excellent once you find your ideal channel to connect with Vinteum’s team.

Cons

I believe they could improve their finance management features else than Quickbooks but it seems it’s on their roadmap and will be release briefly.

### "Don't bother - save yourself frustration!!"

Very very frustrating. We tried for almost two months to adapt to the new software. We ended up with a building full of frustrated residents, and even more frustrated staff. The support staff promises to make changes, but they never get to them. And the few things they do take forever. And if you do decide to use them only do a month to month because they do not have any cancellation policy. We stupidly paid for a year in advance because the service sounded so great, and now they will not refund any portion of that year even though we have had to go back to Building Link. The less expensive choice has turned out to be much more costly. I guess buyer beware!

Pros

It was relatively inexpensive compared to Building Link, and the front facing website looked attractive.

Cons

It is a klunky system, especially on the management side. If you are signing in as an administrator you cannot see the "talk to manager" messages. If you sign in as manager you lose your master admin abilities. You have to sign in to each separately. If you have more than one manager or an assistant manager they both get notified anytime someone sends a message. There is no way to put more than one address per resident, which is an issue in a seasonal condo. The zoom feature seems great until you try to use it for a large meeting. Sound quality was so bad it was nearly impossible to hear anyone, and the screen went black for many attendees. The training is done by a team in South America and they are very hard to understand if you have older residents. It is not set up in an intuitive way like many systems, and you find yourself hunting around to find simple tasks like trying to look up a unit.

Pros

Very nice system at an affordable cost. Customer Service is excellent.

Cons

Only one document file at a time can be uploaded. One cannot upload a file with multiple documents.

It had the greatest capacity for what we needed at a good price. Customer Service also was excellent.

### "Has depth and breadth you need--and still easy to implement"

It seemed a bit scary to implement at first. Through training and reading, I realized it was simple--if we don't need a function, don't implement it right away or at all. Focus on the basics. Get people using it. And then focus on getting even more residents on the system.

### "Great Communication & Organization Tool for Residential Communities"

I've used Vinteum as an HOA member to provide documents online for residents to use and see. We've also used it for community surveys on issues or policies being considered, and for votes on a wide variety of issues and elections. It has been a great way to reach all residents and for each of us to reach out to the Board or other residents in the community.

Pros

Vinteum has excellent customer support and has always rapidly addressed issues faced by our HOA in using the app. The cost is very effective for our small residential community. Overall it is easy to use once residents become familiar with it. Vinteum has been a great tool for management of community documents, facilities, and communication. Our community has been pleased with it since beginning to use it over 4 years ago.

Cons

The biggest complaint from new residents is getting familiar with the app and how to use it. Because it is so comprehensive, the many options can initially be confusiing. With use and a little effort, it can become a valuabl;e communication tool.

Excellent & looking forward to future improvements. Customer service is superb during the on-board training was extremely beneficial & very responsive in answering any questions.

Pros

Complete up to date community communicative tool which is easy to navigate. Very respectful A+ customer service.

Cons

Confusing method to download products, especially the excel spreadsheets & not being able to manipulate the application. Assigning packing space is a challenge, since requires a detail description of vehicle data. Should be able to assign separately.

### "Vinteum Experience to Date"

Overall experience has been good. Password issues have been annoying and time consuming and shake my confidence that I can get on the system each time.

Pros

Customer support has been very good. We seem to get issues corrected quickly. Prefer being able to make a phone call rather than sending an email.

Cons

Not being able to use Apple products to enter the website and use all the features outside of the app. Have also recently had many issues in the last weeks getting on the system because it says my password does not match the system and I have to reset it (with the same password) and it sometimes does not work. Also if I am using both the app and a pc I have to go through the reset password on each device before it will work. When it does not work I have to call Vinteum for help.

Good and with a few enhancements it would be great. Some areas need better placement of next steps. Reduce clicks needed to complete task. Better integration with IOS and Cell/tablets is needed

Pros

Ease of use. Dashboard for users is easy on phone, tablet or laptop. Many useful tools and has been growing since we started.

Cons

Zoom feature does not allow administrator to mute all and control who speaks. Talk to board is only to return answers. We need an option for Board to send message to 1 or many residents.

Great value for the monthly cost. We looked at many websites and this one was rhe best deal we could find

Cons

It is hard to say I believe we would like to see a section on parking space available. We have a need for that.

### "HOA Usage"

Pros

Neigbrs is a great tool for our HOA as well as our residents. It allows for easy communication and storage of documents. We highly recommend it for other HOAs.

Cons

There should be a mechanism that allows for deletions of residents and units when the property changes hands. While our customer service liaison responds to us very timely, it would be more expeditious to perform this function by ourselves.

Pros

The people who work for the company or a great support system. So even people like myself who have great difficulty navigating, as I am not the most computer illiterate person in the world, our representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been amazing, superior customer service, that makes all the difference

Cons

The only con I would say is that the system does not work 100% perfectly on the Apple mobile devices. Those are the only complaints we have gotten From our membership

We have moved from mass emails and 4 different ways to report service issues, to one simple, easy to use platform. We've had no complaints from our homeowners. Whenever a question comes up, Neigbrs tech support has been quick to help.

Pros

We had specific needs for communication and management. We didn't need some of the financial aspects, so we may implement those later.

Cons

Nothing. We like it the way it is. Any suggestions we would have are minor.

Reason for choosing Neigbrs by Vinteum

Three factors: Capabilities, ease of use, price. For our community, it was the best option.

We are completely satisfied. It does everything that we needed a website to do for us plus so much more. It almost makes us want to expand our use of it, but we don't have some of the the amenities.

Pros

That the staff are quick to respond to any issues our users may have with the website.

Cons

Nothing. It is our older neighbours who don't know how to use a computer that is usually the challenge.

Pros

We love the notice function that allows the upper management to keep our resident "in the know" on all things from emergencies to daily activities.

Cons

Our residents would like a better section like social media, also additional profiles should be available so that we do not have so many admins.

I used Neigbrs at my other property and recommended them to my new property. Niegbrs is now used in both locations.

Pros

Communication is an essential tool for property managers
