They also set up FedRAMP requirements, so if your in need of this function, they can give you that. Pros ProjectTeam offers some of the most extensive customization available for managing projects across an entire portfolio. Their customer support team is also highly responsive, quickly addressing email requests from both system administrators and individual users. The tools for organizing documentation access and receiving notifications are strong, and the platform continues to expand these capabilities. Cons The system occasionally requires work-arounds that add a few extra steps to certain processes, but overall it performs the necessary functions. I would like to see ProjectTeam further specialize in certain features, though this is mainly because our company uses multiple separate platforms for scheduling and cost management. In general, it is a good platform. My complaints are just with how information is organized and steps that are repetitive at times. Pros Nice compact way to gather project information and assign to appropriate team members. Generally has a good interface and keeps information at the teams fingertips throughout construction. Cons Some of the workflows are not intuitive, can be clunky to get things coded correctly. Some items, submittal approvals for example, seem to require the same information to be input multiple times to update the status of a submittal. It feels like this could be streamlined. November 24, 2025 5.0 I have used ProjectTeam on 3 projects now & have learned to navigate it very well. In the beginning it was bulky to get started to where you needed to get to. Pros This system is awesome & easy to use on a daily basis. I use it on my tablet & phone with daily updates by the contractor I feel confident we are working with the most up to date information possible. I take many photos & upload them every day to show project progress. The speed and ability to work with the architect is seamless with this product. The few times I had problems with log in credential issues it resolved quickly usually I was sent something I was not supposed to be working on by mistake. The CM portion of this is built in so well it seems seamless from one job or school district to another. Cons There are some functionality items that could be improved on, for example when importing contracts I also have to separately set up the project directory. All form records in ProjectTeam, including RFIs, can be locked at certain points in your workflow, but locking is optional and not required by the system. Many organizations choose to lock records at closure to preserve a clear audit trail and prevent unintended changes. That said, project administrators have the ability to unlock records if new information becomes available, allowing updates to be made without creating multiple iterations of the same RFI when it makes sense to do so. It's a great collaboration tool especially for project management. I'm waiting for the release of a more robust marking up tool. Pros Intuitive interface. Easy to learn. It is easy to attach documents and keep track of the progress. I love that you can view file's version history and assign task to project members. Cons I wish it has a better interface for marking up documents. Perhaps a customizable mark-up tools. Things like a personal stamp would be a great feature. I am an administrator for my organization and the ability to adjust forms and workflows on the fly has been a huge help. Also, the fact that they have a FedRAMP authorized version of the system sets it apart from most the other solutions on the market. Cons There is not much I like least about the system. If I had to say something I guess I wish reports were easier to create in some cases. But they do allow users to add custom formulas and calculations so still very flexible. Pros honestly, nothing. this may be the adminstrator's fault because I assume it should work somewhat like procure, but on the project I'm using it for, it is completely unusable.
