Pros: Very up to date, bots or chatbots are for sure a Top Trend 2017 and we are happy that Infocorp is always one step ahead. Only this way we as a financial institution can stay part of the digitalization and revolution of the online banking trend.

Cons: Whatsapp Integration would be great too - unfortunately it depends on Whatsapp, not on Infocorp. Whatsapp should free their software for integration, conversational banking is the future!

Overall: We are using now the Social Banking features via Twitter and have had amazing feedback from our customers. All expressed their surprise and delight and numbers are only climbing up. Thank you Infocorp for that brilliant feature of your banking platform and the constant advice and support.
