Overall, Jotform is a cool program with how easy to use it is and how little to no issues I have faced with it.

Pros

Jotform is really easy to use, the templates are nice and makes life easy if you want something simple. It's easy to collaborate with people using Jotform since you can just send the info with ease.

Cons

I honestly have not had a negative experience with Jotform and have instead truly enjoyed how easy it is to use.

My overall experience with JotForm has been absolutely amazing because it made getting leads very easy, we've also generated thousands of dollars of revenue using their forms.

Pros

We absolutely love Jotform because it's a really easy way to our Ad's running with customization on the frontend. We could also integrate our CRM to collect the leads from Jotform.

Cons

I wish their customization was at the level of Framer, however i understand that they're optimizing for ease.

The ability to customize forms and access submissions in real time has made it a valuable tool for improving efficiency and organization.

Cons

What I like least about Jotform is that some of the more advanced features, integrations, and higher submission limits are only available on paid plans. Additionally, more complex forms can occasionally require extra setup time, and customizing certain workflows may have a learning curve for new users.

I think it is a good idea that is not well executed because it is less user friendly and visually appealing in comparison to its competitors.

Pros

It’s lovely that you can add in tiered questioning to ensure that certain folks only get relevant questions. I also like how much you can edit the form to splice .

Cons

It doesn’t work well with Microsoft and most people use Microsoft workflows. I wish you could automate with it more easily .

I dont think there is anything that i like least about it. it is used but not as much as doscusign. Ease of access and easy to use. it is almost as good as using docusign. i imagine the cost may be more affordable

My overall experience was one a frustration. I’ve seen them done very nicely with other companies however, it just never did work out for me and we just couldn’t get it to work.

Pros

Well, initially, it seemed pretty early to be able to get people to fill out the information like we have a form that they need to put their information on never could get it to work.

Cons

I was never able to get it to work where our clients could sign. We could get our information on there. Just never could get those things to work.

Plateforme encourageante et très recommandable. vous pouvez même augmenter le nombre de formulaires, en parrainant de nouveaux utilisateurs, ou par d'autres moyens qui sont mis à disposition.

Pros

Depuis sa création, jusqu'à aujourd'hui, et selon mes recherches d'éditeurs de formulaires, je n'ai jamais vu de plateforme aussi complète et aussi évolutive que Jotform: des templates pour tous le monde quel que soit votre activité. La facilité d'édition, mais aussi tout est mis à disposition pour créer des formulaires à partir de zéro. Des widjets, des intégrations IA surprenantes selon votre besoin. Bref, des outils faciles d'utilisation et à porté de tous.

Cons

Le seul petit inconvénient, est la lenteur d'apparition du dashbord. Je n'ai constaté aucun autre inconvénient.

We've been using them for years and they've honored a non-profit discounted price on a legacy product that doesn't exist anymore without a problem. They occasionally hit us up for an upgrade to enterprise, but we can honestly just tell them that 500x what we're paying now is outside of our non-profit budget.

Pros

Form with logic capabilities that have been around long enough to surpass the newcomers to the form service industry.

Cons

Push to enterprise plans and unwillingness to expand non-enterprise products feature sets or sharing features.

Jotform has streamlined data management in our organisation. Through use of the software we are able to gather feedback and manage our surveys. Campaign management has also been made easy.

Pros

Jotform ensures smooth data collection and automates form management including E-signatures and payments processing. Ease of deployment and available of a cloud strong as well as real-time customer support services.

Cons

The software has all it takes for a good data collection and form management software. It is also effective in project collaboration and organisational management. No complaints.
