My overall experience with Jotform has been very positive. It is easy to create forms, share them with a link or QR code, and keep submissions organized in one place. I also like getting email notifications when someone submits a response because it helps me follow up quickly. Overall, it saves time and makes the process feel more professional.

Pros

What I liked most about Jotform is that it is easy to create and share forms. The QR code option makes it simple for anyone to access, and the email alerts help me stay on top of new submissions.

Cons

What I liked least about Jotform is that some of the helpful features are limited unless you upgrade to a paid plan. It can also take a little time to learn where all the settings are, but overall it is still very useful.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Jotform overall. It makes creating forms, surveys, applications, and workflows extremely easy, even without technical experience. I like how flexible the platform is, with lots of templates and integrations that help automate tasks and collect information efficiently. It has saved me a lot of time compared to building forms manually or using multiple separate tools.

Overall I am very happy for a free tier user. I will definitely use it again for future projects. I've been able to use it without having to Google how to do anything, which is a good sign of an intuitive product.

Pros

The free tier of Jotform has plenty of features to handle simple projects. The form builder is easy to use and intuitive, I was able to customize it to get what I wanted. It was simple to embed into my existing website (hosted with GitHub Pages) and looks very clean. The Jotform branding, included on the free tier, is only at the bottom of the form and not at all intrusive.

Cons

The feature to have users take a photo as part of their submission seems to result in really low quality images. But the same component gets much better quality images when they select an existing photo off their device. It's frustrating because having the ability to open the camera on the form is a nice touch.

My overall experience with Jotform was very positive. It made building and managing online forms simple and efficient, even for more complex workflows. The interface was easy to navigate, and it reduced the time needed to collect and organise information. The range of templates and customisation options meant I could quickly adapt forms for different purposes without starting from scratch. Integrations with other tools also helped streamline processes and reduce manual work. There were a few limitations around advanced customisation and some features being restricted by pricing tiers, but overall it was a reliable and practical tool that improved productivity and made data collection much smoother.

What I liked most about Jotform was how easy and intuitive it was to use while still offering a lot of flexibility. Pros

I enjoyed the convenience of Jotform and how you can do more with the responses than just reviewing the results. I utilize the data reports frequently when looking at responses. We recently got a paid subscription to use more of the perks of the Jotform service for our entire firm and everyone jumped on board to use for their own purposes/projects.

Cons

What I least liked about Jotform was wanting there to be more create templates for the forms that are pre-generated. Sometimes its nice to be able to get more inspiration for certain forms and projects so I would like to see some of those.
