The customization options for both the form and its components are excellent. The conditional logic feature provides a seamless, "set it and forget it" experience that I find very valuable. Cons I find the design customization options somewhat limited. While some of the presets are appealing, they don't always integrate seamlessly with the forms. The storage limits are also not ideal, even on paid plans. At times, I feel that I am not receiving full value for my investment due to these limitations. Examples and templates helps immensely. Adding pictures and videos to forms are easy and helpful. Cons Jotform has limited free options but for a one person business it is too expensive to upgrade. There are some asks that takes a long time to develop and there are some constraints. Although working with pictures and videos are easy, it does not always perform well depending on the users' settings or browser.
