There are few limitations in the free version but overall it's a reliable tool for everyday form needs. Pros Jotform is very easy to use and doesn't require any codingg. Thr drag-and-drop builder makes creating forms quick and the availability of templates helps save time. I also like the integration and customization options, wh ich make it flexible for different use cases. Cons Sometimes the interface can feel a bit slow when working on larger or more complex forms. Pretty user friendly interface and good customer service. Pros Jotform is integral to the day-to-day functioning of my business and has been from the beginning! The forms are quite customizable and have done everything I need them to do. I also love that I can embed them in my website, which has been a good workaround for me to make them match my branding better. Cons I hit the data limits on the free version on a regular basis so I have to clear out the data frequently. I wish there was a more accessible paid level to just offer more data, but the lowest cost level is still too expensive for what I need. Also I wish the look of the forms was more customizable (for instance fonts). They are a bit clunky visually and could look much more modern. Taking pre order is a breeze and I also love using them in my online parties! The option to get a link for your form that customers can click on so they can fill it out makes gathering information so easy! I post one of these forms in every online party I do so I can figure out who might be interested in joining my team or hosting their own party. So I can collect names, emails phone numbers and addresses. The form also asks my customers what product launches they want to stay updated on so it is also brought me in a lot of orders that way! I haven’t found any other app or service that compares Pros I like that I can create and customise my own forms to collect data from clients. I like that once the form is returned I am able to store it as a pdf document for my record keeping. It offers amazing value for money for the service it provides but in such an easy to manage way. Customers are able to click a link I send them and complete my form via mobile or laptop.
