I love having everything accessible from my phone. Pros I enjoy this Jotform’s versatility. It can be used for surveys, sign ups, registrations. I enjoy the template library, although I have never used a template as it does give a great starting point for me to customize it for my needs. I’ve used a form for multiple organizations that I volunteer with. Cons Sometimes it’s a little finicky on getting what I need to see in the email notification correct. I wish I was an easy way to just download emails only from my forms. In the app version sometimes it alerts me that I have new submissions, but they are not new. I’ve already looked at them. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, there are hundreds of templates available, and the customization options are extensive. Over all it was a pretty good experience. Pros I liked the detail and design of the surveys and the templets it offered, everything worked really fast I got to select a templet that best fit my REP search callab for my business . Customer support was very attentive, everything loaded very quickly, there were no internet delays. Cons I didn’t like how I had to pay for more than 20 applicants.
