Pros makes it easy to customize forms to collect leads, client feedback, and event sign-ups. I love how easy it is to embed forms in existing sites, or create them for use in email campaigns, without having to ask for IT help. Cons The free plan is somewhat limited in what you can submit and store and sometimes you have to do an extra bit of tweaking to the form layout to get it to look well on mobile. I recommend it to anyone collecting data. Pros I think is extremely user friendly and is the best platform for data collection. It is easy to customize and can be adapted to a wide range of needs. It is a breeze to use the information collected in creating reports and managing documents in a wide range of fields. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional. Jotform definitely provides value for money! Cons It is not advertised as much as it should be; I only discovered during the pandemic when my other university colleagues were using it for their data collection for our research projects. Pros Used to be good, it was affordable, easy to use, integrated kind of okay with everything. Cons Sometimes conditional logic will just disappear - Support will say you deleted the fields (even if you didn't), and then they'll tell you your account password should be changed to prevent this - and basically they just won't take accountability for actual bugs in their software.
