Of all the platforms I tested, this was the one that most met my expectations. The variety of integrations it has is fantastic. My colleagues became interested and started using Jotform. The results and data analysis are excellent. Cons The submission limit in the free version is very low. For me, who tested academic research, I needed to create 3 forms for the same project. Simple features like formatting names & addresses to be "proper" where first letter is capitalized are not available, to the best of my knowledge, despite the feature request. It made my job 10 times easier. I tried to enter the same information with Microsoft forms and I realized forms did not have as many capabilities as job form. I’m so happy I found it. Pros Jot form is extremely easy to use and it offers a lot of free perks!!! it saved a lot of time it was very easy to use and easy to distribute. I would definitely recommend it. Cons One thing I don’t like is that the free sight only allow allows you to use their branding. Another thing that was difficult is that they only allow you to use 100 elements per form. Pros has the simplest user working interface making it so effortless for us to create our forms. It has a very feature-rich form builder that allows us to create any type of form. Jotform no-code form builder uses drag and drop to create a form which makes it quick and possible for anyone to create a form. It has excellent analytics and reporting functions that allows us to analyze our forms data especially the survey forms.
