Cons The autosave is broken, frequently need to triple check that the form has saved, a manual button in addition to auto save would solve this. The fact you need to clear the form cache every now and again or the forms break also is bad. It might take a little time to get the hang of all the features, but once covered, it's super user-friendly and powerful tool. Pros I love that I can totally customize my forms! They've got templates for just about everything, and I can easily add my logo and use my colors and branding—no tech skills needed because it’s super easy to use. Plus, I can sync it with PayPal and let people pay right through the form! Cons It's really easy to use, but getting everything set up was pretty tricky, and the lack of real-time support made the whole thing take longer and feel a bit frustrating. Their forms did not integrate well into my websites and looked unprofessional. At the time I chose them, they were one of the only providers offering HIPAA compliance, so I had to go with them. You can use a lot of templates to begin with and you can link payment options if you are to create a booking form. You can also easily embed it to your website or any platform and even create a qr code for an easy scan to your form. Pros I like that you can easily create an online form from a pdf form you already have and you can link all answers to the actual pdf so you will have filled put PDF form as the final output. Life made easy. Cons It is minimal but it could be better to be able to set a tick/check icon into the round single choice option other than just a dot/period on it when the final PDF output is produced, just like the multiple choices, if you know what I mean. Pros Since I had used it before for a small non-profit organization, the non-paying version is a nice alternative to show nice results in a fairly simple way, and I was able to use it again in a non-commercial environment with a nice and especially practical result. If I need such a platform commercially, I will gladly go to a paying version. Cons Translations are important. In forms it works nicely with translation tables, why not with the response mails? Because the same fields from the forms are used as well, though you have to convert each string manually and hardcoded per language and create a separate mail... We have used Joyform the past two years and found it works well. Pros Easy to create a form that can be emailed out to our parents. We can add images and it's much more structured than Google forms for when you have a few options available. The ability to choose sizes and quantity for each item makes the form a lot simpler for our users. Cons No real cons. And also how easy it is to see the completed forms and to download the information submitted. Pros I really like how many kinds of forms you can create and share and that there are templates you can go off of. Cons I can never seem to get the picture for my forms to be the right size. You can set it to a good size for either a computer screen or a phone screen, but you can't really do both.
