Pros The organization and professional appearance of applications. Cons It's awfully tedious having to click on the application and scroll through their answers, and then having to download attachments via another seperate button. Setting auto responses once someone applies should also be editable in the template rather than having to click elsewhere in a separate part of the application settings.
