Pros It has the feature I was looking for! It is one of the only form-maker sites to add the form answers into a custom PDF. Cons It's not really easy to set up a form. You have to switch to different locations to edit vs to add questions. And the edit function has a whole other "advanced" window. December 9, 2024 5.0 After searching for an application like Jotform for a while I was very pleased with it. It is reliable and super user friendly with its combination of power and simplicity it is a tool that not only businesses and organizations can use, but individuals as well! Pros I loved their user-friendly interface, if a program is user friendly, I am much more likely to use the product again. They have multiple templates to choose from, so I was able to pick a template that suited my needs. And I absolutely loved that I could access the forms from not only a desktop device but from a mobile device as well! That can be such a time saver sometimes! Cons the only thing I can think of that everything is not free, but then again if a program is worth it, I am willing to pay. Some users might not be able to pay for the higher tier options. I did not need to hire anyone to to complete this process and did it on my own. Cons Free plan comes with limited usage/data plan.
