September 14, 2024 4.0 Jotform is a GREAT step up from Google Forms at an affordable price and a great intermediate between Google and Typeform. If you need a signature or to connect with Stripe, Jotform is a great choice! Pros Jotform allows advanced automation and branching, signature, and purchases. We've been able to set up advanced forms that even allow for custom invoicing. Jotform has incredible customer support. They respond with screenshots and videos publically so that others can also gleam from your questions! Cons Compared to Typeform, Jotform is harder to create branches and you do not have as much control of the design. You cannot create as advanced of automations.
