It has solved the problem of contacting the customers for detail information because they are able to fill the forms and submit online on the go anywhere and at anytime. Also the ability of clients to fill the forms online from anywhere in the world and submit to me seamlessly. Cons The login error that sometimes come up when I want to login to my account complaining of phishing problem. I have over 50 forms in place for internal and external users. I can launch a form in minutes and embed it into my WordPress site easily. It's worth every penny. Pros Jotform is an economical and powerful tool. It lets you create forms and collect signatures very easily with no programming required. If you need more power, it integrates with lots of other apps like google, Zoom, WordPress, and DropBox.
