Their live chat support is great, and they have a support forum aswell. Pros Jotform is by far the most advanced form builder in the market. You can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments inside of forms, use webhooks and send email responses. Cons I don't like the fact that HIPPA compliance is a paid feature. Switched from [Google Forms](https://www.capterra.com/p/176571/Google-Forms/) Google Forms just seemed very outdated but Jotform offered more with a lot more integrations/widget options. You can do so much with just a "free" subscription. They also offer online tutorials and webinars that are also free of charge. Their customer service is also efficient. A++ service. Pros I love the ability to be creative and having lots of flexibility to design forms and templates. There are so many options available even with a "free" subscription. I created a form in Jotform so my employees could sign up for a meeting date/location. When they select the meeting date/time from the drop-down box and click SUBMIT, a confirmation email is automatically sent to them confirming what they had selected. We no longer have employees forgetting what session they signed up for. This is a great function! Cons I cannot think of any "cons".
