August 15, 2024 5.0 My experience with was very good. The support and customer service are unmatched. The tools that were available for the forms were easy to use and very intuitive and really there is no other form builder that compares for the price. Pros was very easy to use. I began building our timesheet form and within a day or so it was up and running. It has so many form tools that you can use to make your forms dynamic and user friendly. Our company has been very pleased with the created form and we plan to create even more to use internally. The people there are very helpful and answer your questions in a very timely manner. Cons The only con that I have with was a recurring error that we kept getting. I will say that they did finally get it resolved and they were very proactive in addressing it and working with us to get it resolved. With only the link, surveys can be done without having to submit any personal information or creating any account. September 6, 2024 5.0 I run Referral World News website and I've used for the past 5 or 6 months in cases where I need to track signups, hold cash giveaways, and give or receive more information from visitors. Pros It allows me to create the custom forms I need to follow up with folks I need to get more information from/to. I also like the customization features (required fields, show/hide sections based on a user's input, etc.). Cons I wish the free version had more form submissions, but from a business perspective, I understand why they want people to upgrade to the paid tiers. For school purposes, collective information of parents and students. Signing in and volunteering for events! And it is awesome and easy to use! Cons The free trial only lets you take 100 entries, but the next upgrade is $39 for a month unless you choose the yearly subscription, its sad that you can’t only choose an upgrade for a specific thing.
