The platform works smoothly and has a professional-looking user interface. It's priced reasonably, and the there are regular updates and new releases. All in all, it's streamlined our processes, and increased our revenue-generating metrics. Pros I think the best thing about it is that it work as a platform rather than just one product. Other than the form builder, we've used Jotform's PDF editor, app builder, e-sign builder, and spreadsheet feature. It saves you the hassle from having to buy 3 - 4 different tools which you then have to integrate it all together. Cons The bugs are a bit of a nuisance, but I can't really think of anything negative we've seen. Costings are clear and it reminds you if you are exceeding your expected limit. Any adjustments that you identify can be remedied in seconds. Cons The only con is that due to its simplicity and user friendliness I am getting a lot more completed applications so should have gone for a slightly larger package initially. President Insurance Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy to use for basic forms" November 1, 2021 5.0 Pros Jotform is very easy to put together, customize, and get a link out there so you can gather some information, and promote whatever product or business you are wanting to promote. We have had no issues in putting our logos on the form, customizing the templates, or even being able to look through other templates on the site to be able to get a few ideas for what we would like to put together. The free version is great, because it does everything that we needed to do, however, it is obviously limited in the number of submissions you can receive so paying for monthly service will be necessary if you intend more than 100 submissions per month. Cons I think the biggest point of contention for me with the software is the pricing levels. To go from zero dollars to $30 a month is a big swing, especially since we only need maybe up to 500 submissions per month. Paying $30 a month for submission counts that we will likely never use is a bit frustrating, and I hope that jot form will have a better entry level category in the near future. To be able to play 10, maybe 15 bucks a month to have 500 submissions would be excellent for your small businesses like myself who are getting started utilizing the form. There are also two different types of forms - card (1 question at a time) and classic (all questions on one form) Cons It's not very visually customisable - it has a default style which is difficult to edit. This makes it hard to blend in if you embed it into a website or app, and the default doesn't look very good either. Pros I like the premium, animated, and classy form interface compared to a normal google form. It makes my website look so much more professional. I also love that it can perform validation for the input and comes with automation and mobile apps to make life easier. We are moving to Gravity Form as a result. Pros The UI is pleasant for both the user and the integration. Setting it up was easy and getting it integrated with ActiveCampaign over the API wasn't difficult. Cons The support is a HUGE problem. We work in mental health and having client inquiries transmist can be a matter of life and death if someone is in crisis. We noticed we were not having contacts transfer some times and other times, parts of data which was mapped, wasn't transmitting and deals weren't being generated due to missing tags and data. This alarmed us and we reset the integration to no avail. We contacted support multiple times to find responses that regularly took 4-7 days and sometimes no response at all. It was infuriating and irresponsible on their side. As I´ve use forms with branching, I had a better experience using jotform. Pros The form branching in jotform is intuitive and easy-to-use in comparison with others webforms and it has a better design. Cons It is a good software that you can use for free (with a limit of form visualization/answer) or using a signature. That can be consider cons if you take into account that google forms is free.
