I don't see any reason to switch to another form provider at this time and hope the availability and pricing of the product continue to be accessible. Pros The progression and improvements of the platform continues to impress me. Each quarter there are improvements for connectivity, functionality and extendibility of the forms. Customer support is always reliable and the product continues to impress me with intuitive UI design and implementation. Cons The licensing continues to be a little on the expensive side if you aren't using some of the advanced connectivity pieces, in addition the multi user environment would be better suited to add a single user to a small team. VR Verified Reviewer IT Coordinator Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The Perfect form builder for every use case" June 9, 2025 4.0 when you need a form to collect data or simply just to record information whether for business or for yourself, has me covered, i wanted to create a simple check-in\\check-out form so when i go to a customers site to do some work, i wanted a way to track when i got onsite and when i would leave the site, but also record the work i did. this made tracking billable hours and invoicing so much more easy for my employer, instead of bring a paper document to fill out or hoping i remember to log it all down when i got back to the office, but also as a way to let my employer know when i arrive. i have since then added more forms to the app that makes it almost like a website with all the appropriate portals to access whatever form that needs to be filled out for day-to-day duties. Pros The level of customization and simplicity of creating forms is amazing, whatever the need is it has. Sua interface intuitiva permite que usuários, mesmo sem conhecimentos técnicos, montem formulários personalizados com facilidade, utilizando recursos como arrastar e soltar. Outro grande diferencial é a visualização dos dados: os resultados podem ser acessados em tempo real, organizados em tabelas, gráficos ou dashboards, facilitando a análise e a tomada de decisões. Tudo isso é feito diretamente pela própria plataforma, sem a necessidade de exportar os dados para outros sistemas. Pros O é uma excelente plataforma para gestão de dados de formulários. É muito fácil de configurar e oferece uma visualização intuitiva dos dados diretamente pela própria ferramenta. Cons O espaço para armazenamento de fotos na versão gratuita é bastante limitado, o que acaba sendo um desafio para o trabalho que realizo em uma organização social em Criciúma, Santa Catarina.
