Altogether, it makes form-building a quick and direct process. Cons I disliked that you can't set field sizes for some of the fields, like the email and name fields. For example, I could not set a maximum length for the name field. Additionally, the UI can sometimes be cumbersome to use. It has allowed us to facilitate processes such as the receipt of payments, inspections in apartments with real-time alerts and carry out mini projects, helping especially in the collection of information in a quick and easy way. Pros The options it gives when it comes to creating forms for different areas. Mainly through the functionalities and the bifurcation of questions. It is also very easy to collect the data obtained through the questionnaire mainly due to the automatically created spreadsheet and the filters that it has.Also the creation of alerts via email based on key answers seems to me a great success and very important, especially for the detection of problems. Cons The creation of forms seems to me a little bit too square and too predetermined. There is little room for customization, especially at the design level. February 11, 2024 5.0 so far it's been pretty smooth sailing. created some forms, turned them into apps with just a few clicks and was able to install them on my devices' home screen. It's a simple idea, but made well and is easy to use Pros I can create custom forms that fit my needs exactly. Very easy to use and to turn forms into apps that vendors and clients can then put on their devices and have it ready to go to do business with my company. Very useful Cons Doesn't seem to be much of that, but if I had to pick something it'd be that they advertise their company on the bottom of my forms. As it provides massive templates to choose from. Pros The biggest advantage currently is that it is no longer just for collecting data like a form but, it is for managing it. They took weeks to trouble-shoot issues. I don't recommend for medical applications because the client support is too slow and so you run the risk of having a critical health application that is not functioning. Strange situations occurred e.g. can't login to dashboard and I messaged client support who say that you need to lodge the support ticket from the dashboard (which I don't have access to). Seemed disinterested when I advised that I will be downgrading my account, no attempt to find out what my concerns were. The "Bye-Felicia" treatment tells me that client support don't actually care and just want easy clients, easy money. Pros Easy to setup and customise forms. Clean appearance. I also like the fact that you can group entries and collaborate with other people. Cons The 100 submission limit for the free/starter pack. I wish it was more than 100. The surveys are what I use most often. I am not on site with employees to supervise on a regular basis, I send surveys to patients and their families to make sure that they are happy with the employee and that all required daily tasks are completed. I use JotForm to collect health data and if need be HIPAA compliant forms. I use a "2-in-1" laptop/tablet often, JotForm functions on that and my desktop computer. I get timely returns because of the mobile responsive forms. I would like JotForm more if the site was organized. Pros All forms are mobile responsive and a mobile app for Jotform can be downloaded on your phone. Forms can even be created on the mobile app. The desktop and mobile are similar. Choose from many themes and templates., choose from classic form and card form. Form fields are less restrictive. Manipulate forms by drag and drop. Widgets can be added to forms for e-signatures and check lists. Image slide is another choice. Forms can be automated and decrease workload. JotForm advises on how to get better response rates from your forms. Cons I spend a lot longer than I want using JotForm. It takes a long time to find the right template, the right theme, and personalize them. The freemium plan is restrictive. The customer support team did not answer my questions or solve my problem. I had to ask another JotForm user how to even reach them because JotForm is unorganized. I like the benefits of contracts and signing because it's useful and great. Pros I like Jotform where you can have things signed, go through contracts, sign it, review it, read it, and also to make your own poll, survey, and contract, etc. Cons The one con is sometimes the draw your signature thing can be bad since I am embarrassed at my signature for being sloppy haha! But I'd say more improvement on the draw your signature thing because I like to see the size of the signature drawing like how thin or thick the signature can be just like the iPhone when you draw on Instagram stories posts. May 21, 2024 5.0 Pros Jotform made the process of creating document workflows and signatures very intuitive and easy for my entire company. One software that we hold all of our client documents in that we can export and easily navigate without any confusion. Cons The only thing that displeased me about Jotform is that I have to pay a large amount more per month just to have one of my employees added to my account rather than giving them my sensitive login information. Jotform definitely achieved that and it didn't take long to really master the system. All of its integrations created even more convenience to make our jobs much easier. Pros We use this mostly for applications and registrations. It works so well and looks professional at the same time. You can get all of a person's contact information, have them answer any questions you need whether in essay, multiple choice or choose-an-option formats, and even take payments. It integrates well with other programs. You can get fees paid through Paypal or Swipe, you can have the form's information sent to Google Drive for safe storage, and you can immediately put them on a MailChimp email list. It's easy to insert your own graphics and website links to make it truly your form. Cons There are limitations, as with all things. You can only choose one payment type on a form, the text in questions has style limitations, and it has a bit of a learning curve, mostly because it takes a while to find out all the things it can do. Reading submissions within Jotform is also a little difficult just because of its format, but if you have the results sent to Google Drive it's easier to read. Drag and drop elements is the way to go. Pros All the form elements available make creating forms super customizable. Love the widgets. Automated email confirmations and conditional logic features are huge pluses, too. Google sheets is a favorite integration of ours so we can have form submission answers fed into reports. The help pages and forums are a great resource. Cons When looking for a very specific solution, you may have to search the forums a bit, but customized solutions necessarily take a bit more legwork.
