### "Jotform Gives Us Options"

has been great for us and has been a good solution for us as a rapidly growing business. We can't wait to integrate more of it's features into our daily practice.

Pros

provides us with the ability to design and create custom forms that helps us to interact and receive important data from our customers. The abilty to link our Jotform account with other services like Gmail, Google Drive and Mailchimp helps to make sure we make the most of the data we receive.

Cons

The currency conversion from AUD to USD makes a little expensive for us, but we tolerate it for the unique service Jotform provides.

### "An amazing multipurpose platform beyond just data collection"

actually saved our project from collapsing. In the middle of a survey we had launched with a different platform, we were encountering severe technical issues that caused our data collection activities to completely stall. Migrating to Jotform not only solved all of those problems, but offered us features we didn't have with our previous service. Features that allowed us to cut down enumerator errors during survey administration, improve our agent remote monitoring protocols, and generally enrich the survey experience for our data analysts, survey respondents and field agents. It was absolutely amazing.

Pros

Well, first is the ease of use.With , survey creation to deployment in a matter of minutes isn't just a marketing gimmick...... we were actually able to do it. The quickly customizable templates and very user friendly feel makes it a joy to work with. Also, when we first signed on, we were migrating an active survey from a different service (which was giving us a lot of technical issues) and the customer service support we received was absolutely amazing.

Cons

Response data was being produced as links instead of the intended .pdf forms we had hoped.....when we first launched. And we struggled a bit to understand what was actually happening, but we later figured out the cause and solved it. That has been the only record of any issue we ever had with .

### "Form Builder that keeps getting Better"

I create all the forms and share them with several faculty and staff here at the College. The software very intuitive, so there's little training needed for others to work with it. The notifications are highly customizable, so for each form I can control who sees the submission, the workflow and the response to the submitter. I've watched the company grow, offering more support and more features, while still keeping the cost for the end user reasonable!

Pros

When Adobe stop offering their online form option, I needed a replacement! I researched a variety of options and went with . The top features are the ease of use (great interface even for beginners), available templates and the ability to export the form in a variety of formats - embed in a website, fillable PDF, email, etc. Another valuable feature is the management of submissions. Simple to use, easy to manipulate or expert.

Cons

At first, there were some accessibility issues. The developers are currently addressing those issues; they just offered a webinar on how to incorporate ADA compliance. Most of the minor problems when I first started using have been addressed or improved.

### "Great Product For a Small Company"

Our experience with Jot Form has been amazing and has changed the way that we are able to operate as a company. We no longer need to rely on pen and paper to help manage our team out in the field. With the help of the forms, we are able to accurately track times and gather information from our caregivers as well as our clients.

Pros

We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.

Cons

Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

I love , i’ve been using it for years. And now it just keeps getting better and better with the new Jot Cards. This is where information is split up and is dispolayed to your viewers in sections one question at a time instead of one whole long form at once. I also love the veriety of templates that are included. You won’t find another form system with as many options. Embedd Jotforms into your websites or use stand along pages. Either way, jotform keeps all of the information stored in one place for you while also alerting you in email when someone has completed your form. It’s great. Sign up for your free account today to see if Jotforms is for you.

Pros

JOTFORMS gives you an awesome Free account where you can still use ALL FEATURES for 5 forms and 100 submissions per month. You can’t beat this deal. And if you want to upgrade, then their paid tiers are very reasonable.

Cons

The only con that I can possibly say that I’ve found is that the Paypal submissions are still too limited even in the highest package plan. So if you are using these forms to collect a LOT of payments per month, may not be the best option.

Our overall experience with was abysmal. The one time we really needed the product to work, it didn't. Subsequently, Jotform support admitted there was a problem, but refused to refund us.

Pros

has a rich feature set but it is unintuitive and not worth the hassle to implement complex workflows

Cons

the customer service isn't even average compared to alternatives like fillout.com the tech is hard to use - building complex forms is not simple the tech is unreliable customer service do not take responsibility for failings PDFs seem to be a problem for Jotform

at the time it seemed to meet our e-sign requirements in a way other products did not.

average to below average satisfaction. For very basic short forms, I think it would work okay, but for my needs it was not sufficient

Pros

i liked how could customize a form and create one for my specific purpose at a fraction of the cost of bying more specialized software. I was also able to use it for a variety of different business needs

Cons

The technical reliability and software support are very poor. The more complex forms bog down the system, fail to save, fail to download into PDF format, and often "hang". The forms get more glitchy the more complex they are made. And the ticket support is very poor, they can provide some direction on usage, but troubleshooting can resolving issues that come up is virtually a non-existing skill for their support team.

In managing several businesses or running small company, this platform will help you in managing distantly your documentation. New era already came and using of paper is an old fashion style of a business, start digitalize your data and never lose your track.

Pros

Making surveys is a vital part of any business, and sometimes employees don't want to be publicized, so you can use this helpful tool to make sure that survey and/or any application form could be done distantly and totaly anonymously. Also, can be used for pre-employemnt application form.

Cons

It is just my opinion, but I don't like when there are many options for design, for me it is really time consuming, because I'm a perfectionist:). However it is a helpful feature and I didn't find any issues with this platform yet.

We’ve used for the better part of 5 years, for events organized by our our not-for-profit organization. The price is right, and is what keeps us using jotform over other more expensive platforms.

Pros

Reliability of payment widgets seems to have improved, which was ’s major limitation in the past. The more we use this platform, the more features we use and learn about… the possibilities seem endless

Cons

It would be nice if the width of forms could be altered more easily; on computer screens, it is condensed in the centre of the page which extends the scrolling length of the form. Maybe this is something that can be improved on the back-end, when adapting forms from web browser to mobile, as it doesn’t really seem optimized for either one right now

### "Silver Lining in the Cloud of the Pandemic"

Schools in my area have gone back to in person learning, but I am keeping Jotforms in my arsenal of electronic tools. It cuts down on paper clutter and makes it easier for students and families to get me the information I need.

Pros

The Jotforms platform made communicating with current students and parents much easier. It made accepting applications from new students much simpler too. Applications and form responses that used to be handwritten are now easier than ever to read. The cost of mailing and sometimes re-mailing was dramatically reduced when we went electronic with Jotforms. Mass emailing a link to a group of students or parents using the Skyward communication center worked very well. Customer assistance is very responsive to questions and helps me get back to work quickly.

Cons

The learning curve was rather steep. A year later I am still learning how to use some features while getting better at the basics.

Utile per fare sondaggi senza dover necessariamente avere account (solo è necessario un indirizzo mail di qualsiasi tipo). Facile la lettura, la esclusione dal sondaggio e l'esportazione dei dati

Certe volte si riceve un quantitatico di mail eccessivo che può far segnalare spam al provider.

I’ve been a long time user of NotForm and honestly can’t see myself ever using another form builder.

Pros

The best things about are it’s ease of use and adaptability. There have been so many times we’ve needed a quick solution for something and we’ve said, “we’ll set up a JotForm!” It’s one of the most important pistons in our company’s engine but we forget that because it’s so low maintenance!

When implementing business process automation, it is so easy to get things done quickly. The user experience have been given much thought to make things easier to work with and understand.

Pros

What I like most about the software is the ability to create a customisable form in minutes without any hassle. It is very easy to work with the form builder to get a design done in minutes.

Cons

You have to understand what you are doing to achieve the right result. It takes some time to understand what is available, but once you have the hang of it, it becomes easier and easier.

### "JotForm Support Ignores requests"

keeps innovating, but they will not fix bugs in their products. For this reason, we have far too much invested in JotForm to move elsewhere, but because the support is sooo bad, I am constantly looking and trying to find a justifiable way to accomplish what we need in a different way.

Pros

Integrations, PDFs, Mailboxes, and centralized forms management is why we need a form service.

Cons

While it once was great years go, now, the support is horrible, the interface is horrible. Attention to detail is sacrificed for innovation. The screen jumps when dragging and dropping things. Requests from support to have these issues addressed have gone ignored for months and months. The CSS editing interface is horrible, the Advanced Form designer corrupts the forms.

Pros

The level of addons and flexibility makes usable for almost any situation! Fantastic Customer Support!

Cons

Can be a little confusing trying to get a new feature to work, guides on a new feature could be easier to understand. This is offset by great customer support.

[Google Sheets](https://www.capterra.com/p/169718/Google-Sheets/)

Lack of options for our needs. Google sheets does not play well with products outside Google.
