I love that I can create a contract and enable the feature to where no one I send it to can copy the contract. I had that happen once and the cleaner did not finish the rest of the onboarding. So now, I water mark all my documents and have this feature enabled along with the passcode as well. Cons Honestly, I really can't think of any. We can modify the content of the forms or send out automated emails depending on the users' whereabouts. Pros It's incredible that you can sign up for free and begin making forms in a matter of minutes. The flexibility to use various widgets for bespoke data entry is fantastic. It has a fantastic logic editor that allows you to fine-tune the presentation of questions, text boxes, and other elements. Its ability to work with other programs and import data is remarkable. The submission data may be readily manipulated and analyzed thanks to 's powerful export and reporting tools. Cons Currently, you have to manually enter each email template into each form, so that's the only thing I'd change about if I could change one thing. Pros Very easy to set up, allows for quick creation of fairly complicated forms with a lot of powerful features. Definitely a lot quicker than coding your own.Nearly any tool you need is available at the tips of your fingers and very easy to figure out and implement, and if not, the support staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to sort any problem you may have!Highly recommend to simplify all form building for internal applications amongst staff and also for creating helpful forms on websites and greatly improving functionality. Cons The only qualm I would have is there needs to be a more efficient way to set up conditional logic with fields that can have a large variety of inputs. My simple form required a cost estimator of about 20 different products with different bulk prices, resulting in 50+ logic statements that are not quick to edit or order. If there was a way to link conditional logic statements to other logic statements this would greatly reduce set up time and edit time. May 27, 2023 5.0 I used for alot of causes, mainly for events registration forms. I feel like it's a great product that does exactly what it meant to do and even a bit more (in an amazing way), JotForm is one of my favorite platform for creating and managing forms. Pros makes it super easy to collact data and organize it, eveything you need to manage costumers, workers, and more is all in one place, with a great UI and UX, that makes it fun to use. Cons The fact that a lot of features are limited / locked behind a paywall is understandable but a bit disappointing, although the price is not that high and the value for the money is worth it. January 25, 2023 4.0 One of our best discoveries, helps us streamline data for our events from event inquiries, to details of the event, to the vendors, and guest lists. For our clients, it's easy to use because it only 1 page per question which is not too overwhelming compared to a Google form. Pros This is such a powerful tool compared to other form builders I've used in the past because it's a one-stop shop place where our clients can fill out the details of their event, it gets assigned to an available team member, then eventually we can export the data, collect payment, and finalize the details of an event.
