We Capture more than 1 lakh + customer database throughout the Jotform and Build a Million Dollar Company from Scratch. JOTFORM is really helpful in our Entrepreneurship Journey. Pros We are using Jotform from the Starting when we start our Legal Tech Company in India around 2015. This is the FIRST Software for the Company where we invest apart from domain & hosting. We have to capture the leads from our sites and have to send the automation emails. The Biggest Pros, its all about automation. with the jotform you can simply send the automation emails even schedule emails. so you can say you are running drip campaign on jotform without spending on any other software. Cons The Cons is Only the Number of Submission. We have Silver Plan from Starting which have only 10k Submission per Month so sometime we reached the limit just before 1 day end of the month. so just only for 1 day a company can't upgrade the plan. Jotform have to introduce the increase the submission as Add On Plans. It's easy to setup and use for small business and there are a variety of templates one can use and you can share the form in many ways from email to links to social media. Really impressed. Pros It is super easy to get started with and the possibilities are endless! I enjoyed the drag and drop form builder and the simplicity of the dashboard. Cons Navigating the dashboard takes some time to get used to. There is no clear "back to previous menu"path but you do get the hang of it after a while. Pros I use Jotform to create surveys in the healthcare world, and I need my questions and response options to be very customizable. That makes the difference between high-quality, insightful responses and mediocre ones. Jotform lets me easily create surveys that capture what I need in a user-friendly format. Cons Sometimes I'm looking for specific survey response formats that aren't available. For example, I'd love to have a Likert scale table with scale values across the top (ie, 1-5) and different metrics as individual rows. Unfortunately that's not available, though I was able to pretty easily find a workaround. Pros Jotform is the best form software that I've been able to find. It is very easy to create complex forms with extensive conditional logic. Support has been pretty helpful and responsive most of the time. Cons It is more expensive than I would like. They really need a better alternative to the input table and configurable list, when the number of items in a list is unknown. This leads to some very ugly workarounds that are not scalable. For example, when you want to have a user to provide a list of items and characteristics for each person (First name, last name, phone number, email, etc.), but the total number of persons is unknown to the form builder, there is no good way to collect this information with the native form builder features. This leads to janky workarounds that are not scalable or easily accessible through subsequent automations. This is a huge issue for me. The configurable list is meant to solve this problem, but it's REALLY, REALLY BAD. It's hideous, has limited space, doesn't work well on mobile, and the information collected is hard to access after form submission. So many of our processes have been streamlined and built around JotForm, it's truly saved us countless hours of time each week. Pros We've been using JotForm for years as we've grown our small business to solve problems, collect data, and streamline processes. JotForm has been one of the easiest softwares to use, learn, and implement in our organization. The best part about JotForm is how easy it is to use - with drag and drop options, excellent customer support, and regular updates to improve building the forms. I would also add that it is unbelievably customizable. There are tons of templates to choose from that can be plug and play or drastically modified to fit the needs of the task at hand. Cons There is almost nothing but high praise for this software. Most issues I've run into over the years (formatting problems, pdf compatibility, etc.) have all been addressed and improved upon with each update. There are still some issues with designing pdf files and editing layouts of automatic emails but nothing that impedes the functionality or use too much. I'm also confident that these issues will only continue to improve based on JotForm's track record of catering to its customer needs. Pros I would say the question branching is my favorite part of the software. Our surveys can be anywhere form 10-20 questions depending on which jotform, but with the ability of question branching we can limit it to minimal amount of questions needed for that scenario all under one main survey link. The drag and drop feature is very flexible and making it easy to adding assets to the form, like text field and other element. Collecting surveys and other information is very easy with this software. Cons I have use it for many years, and no complaint from me. There are some size limitation for the storage that we need to clear the content from time to time, which i hope they can increase the storage size so we don't have to clear it too often. Takes a little bit of a curve but not too much. The only thing I would like to see different is more casual and responsive support desk. Pros I like the ease of use and ability to customize and modify so much on our own, rather than requesting someone else do it. Cons It often takes a while to get a response from support.
