The drag and drop feature is very flexible and making it easy to adding assets to the form, like text field and other element. Collecting surveys and other information is very easy with this software. Cons I have use it for many years, and no complaint from me. There are some size limitation for the storage that we need to clear the content from time to time, which i hope they can increase the storage size so we don't have to clear it too often. Takes a little bit of a curve but not too much. The only thing I would like to see different is more casual and responsive support desk. Pros I like the ease of use and ability to customize and modify so much on our own, rather than requesting someone else do it. Cons It often takes a while to get a response from support. I've never had an issue with immediate response, and crucial issues still took 24 hours or so to hear back. Its so easy to use and makes a wonderful backup to your communications as well. Pros What I like most about JotForm is how you can create webforms with related communications for various products and services and then easily centralize the information. I've used both the free and paid accounts, which I liked both. Its quite powerful and also serves as a wonderful backup in case my website fails. Cons For me, it would be easier if I could I had better control over the folder naming feature so that when a customer submits an order the folder name will be the job code for the customer's job. JotForm allowed us to deploy a survey in less than half a day on several occasions. It is a tool that competes very well with Google Form and offers more possibilities. Pros Very easy to get started with. The tool allows for basic but adequate customization, as well as the integration of several designs, again basic but sufficient. It integrates easily with other integrations (by appending a JavaScript to call the form). Its responsive integration meets the majority of scenarios. Cons The tool is basic, but gets the job done. However, when you want to go into customization, especially in terms of design, it is quite limited to mandatory templates. And there's always this "bulky" aspect that does not adapt well to all situations (e.g., high-end). It's really simple to use and quite intuitive especially because of its drag and drop feature. Not to mention that you can pick from a wide selection of form templates to make your job easier. And you can customize them for your brand. The cherry on top of the cake! And the notifications are also really nice. I love that you can customize your surveys, and forms. It’s also a park that you can customize with your company’s logo. We use this program for several different things. Cons My only issue that I only sometimes experience is that there is a lag when you’re duplicating forms. It doesn’t automatically show on the “my forms” screen, so it ends up in several duplications. Also, I have to make surveys about products daily to get an idea of the user base and what they want. This tool makes it easier with all the different custom data types in surveys. Makes the whole process quicker since the UI is also simple. Pros I've tried out other form-making and survey-building software, but this is the one I stick to. I especially love the electronic signing that can be added to forms. It makes legal form making a lot easier. The tool is pretty intuitive, so it's easy to learn how to use it. It was pretty easy for me and my team to start using it. The customisation options of the forms are also more than enough for me. Since it has an auto-save feature and I can continue making a survey whenever I want, I don't have to rush through the process. And I can ask my team mates for opinions by sharing the file. Cons I don't have any significant problems with this software. But sometimes, the pdf generator for larger forms takes more time than usual, though it has been manageable for me so far.
