Clients are able to fill out the form on my website without having to navigate away to sign-up. Jotform's countdown feature allows me to set the number of registrations for a certain class so that registrars can see in real time how many seats are open. This feature itself has saved me hours weekly. The forms feel intuitive and have been easy to set-up. Cons The pricing seems to jump from free to $20 a month. For a small, one person business I wish there were more lower level or one time purchasing options. February 9, 2019 4.0 Overall, I would recommend for a company that is looking for a quick out-of-the-box solution that doesn't need much customization and just be dropped into a website. For others that require more customization and more modern design, then I would look elsewhere. Pros provides a good out-of-the-box toolset for forms. They have many of the features that you would expect from a form provider including WYSIWYG editors and viewable results. Their UI has also undergone several improvements that have given it a more modern design and ease of use. Cons While the out-of-the-box solutions work well, things are not as straightforward when integrating the forms on a website in a more custom way and utilizing the API. Their API is not as updated as their UI, and so embedding an iframe works well enough, but more complex manipulation and validation of the form elements is challenging and limited to say the least. Their form designs are also a bit dated, especially considering the more modern form paradigms introduced by typeform and others. I paid for the Gold for 2 years and when I print my forms there are missing parts or the parts that printed on top of each other or table have squished columns together. I ask for support and the answer was that they see it but they didn't fix it. and since the only way to contact is via email I eventually washed my hand. I am putting this review so no one else get burned pay that much money for the forms with missing informations. If someone just want to make simple form with few lines probably works good. If I wanted simple forms I could use my webpage forms for no extra charge. But forget about tables or pages. Cons The features doesn't work. Ton of problems and no real support. Cons Based on my desired outcome of a "Buzzfeed" type of quiz, I think another platform like Typeform would have been better, but Typeform's packages are not as good as . You get more value with Jotform, but it was challenging to set up the logical questions. I was on a time crunch and already paid for the month, so I made something work, but it wasn't ideal. I love the ease of putting together forms and the versatility. We have put together workflows, morning checklists, and a variety of other small-business oriented necessities. I like how thorough the data management is and that it is searchable easily. The number one function that I wish I had would be team usage. The plans go from very inexpensive to EXTREMELY expensive as soon as you want multiple users. That is something to consider. Pros I love that it is easily customizable and is extremely versatile. Cons There are a few features that I wish it had that make the forms more compatible with workflows. I would love to be able to use the team functions without having to get into extremely pricey territory, but we will have to work around that for now. Lower tier options (for expanding number of views and submissions) are inexpensive but you could very easily run into pay walls. August 14, 2021 5.0 I have had a positive experience with Pros For me, there is no doubt: is THE one tool everyone should look into when it comes to creating online forms. It doesn't matter what you need the form for and whether you need one form or ten... JotForm is going to be a valuable resource for you. Of all the different things it brings to the table, my two favorite features are its templates and integrations. Why wasting time to create a form when there are others who have already created them for you? It is crazy to think that JotForm has a template library with over 10,000 items with pretty much every category you can think of (like booking forms, request forms, payment forms, just to name a few). And if you would like to do something with your form other than simply collecting information, you will be glad to read that JotForm has over 100 integrations with many tools you are probably already using, like PayPal, Zoom, Google Calendar and Dropbox. This is great to create simple, yet powerful automated workflows to do many different things with JotForm. Cons Depending on how often you use forms, you may find that the free plan isn't enough for you (at the moment, it has a limit of 100 monthly submissions) so you are likely to end up having to pay for it.
