Currently if I enter four photo fields, the form would ask me four times about accessing the Camera. I would like to get help on how to add a further answser to a specific question, for example if being asked about health conditions, and a client has multiple health conditions, he can click on a "+" icon to add a further health condition. The conditional formatting option is very helpful in reducing unnecessary questions for different types of clients. Pros started out as a simple webform application and has grown tremendously since I started using it in 2015. The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options. HIPAA compliance and form Encryption make collecting sensitive information very secure. Customer service is quick to respond and people trying to use JotForm to create forms for Phishing are identified and locked out until they prove they are legitimate (it happened to me when trying to create an online W-9 for our clients. Cons just released JotForm Reports which may solve my primary "complaint". While you can create awesome notification emails which shows the data collected, You are not able to specify in the notifications to exclude fields with no response. This was important for us and required we use a different vendor since we could not create a workaround. We have plans to send surveys out with it soon, but have not quite made the step into that yet. I assume it won't be very difficult if it's anything like our previous uses with it have been. Pros Just having a service at this tier to make forms is invaluable to us as an organization. We receive tickets for new user accounts EVERY DAY and when tickets were submitted before, we spent 2 or 3 correspondence emails trying to get the information we needed from the user submitting it. Now, we can set fields as required on forms and save ourselves the time of having to bat back and forth with users. For our purposes this is incredibly useful. Cons I'm unsure of any new features, it has been a while since we've made changes to our form. I suppose that's a good thing? Their pre-made templates can be easily modified so you can get up and running and no time. Cons If you need something quick without customization, is for you. However, when it's time to start customizing and styling forms, JotForm has limitations. We had the most difficult time loading a font to match the rest of our site.
