It is also good for small scale teams working on it. Pros I like that it is user-friendly and allows for users and admins like me to send forms and surveys to many platforms. This is also good for team connection and getting other team members on board on the survey. Cons I least like the fact that there is no organized method of using Jotform which is still improving however it is not something I still like so that is the only con I have noticed so far as using it. I chose it just for 1 small quiz for now and I have been happy with the performance overall. Pros I found it very easy to use the tool, it took me 1 hours to understand how everything works. I especially liked the freedom in terms of logo design. I also liked the award program since I am currently using a trial version and extra submissions are handy. The best part for me was that there was no limit for the number of questions in the quiz. If you need to create a few quizzes with limited number of participants it's a perfect tool. Cons I would like to add a paid option to buy extra submissions for 1 month for some reasonable price. For example, a person who uses a free version could buy extra submissions only for let's say 300 submissions 5 euro just for 1 month allowance. Else, I haven't experienced any bad moments yet. The interface is super easy to use, with a drag-and-drop builder that makes creating forms a breeze. They have a ton of templates, so I rarely have to start from scratch. The free plan is a bit limited in terms of submissions and storage, but the paid plans are pretty reasonable and offer a lot more flexibility. Overall, Jotform has made collecting and managing data so much easier and more efficient for me. Highly recommend it! Pros One of my favorite features is the integration options. I can link my forms directly to Google Sheets, PayPal, and a bunch of other apps, which saves me a lot of time. I love all the integrations too. Pros Coming from Typeform, the conditional logic is much easier to set up and use. Making complex calculations that would take hours in Typeform only takes me minutes now. Cons The only thing I've ran into that is a con so far is that I'm not able to conditionally customize the submit button text...although you can do that on a classic form...but rarely use the classic version forms. It has all the functionality I need to accept publication submissions online. I wish there were a lower price point with fewer bells and whistles as I'm paying for many options I never use. Pros I love the ability to customize and brand at a granular level as well as the skip logic to keep the form as streamlined as possible. Cons There are actually too many bells and whistles. Pros I love the customization of this program. Forms are very clean and easy to read. There are so many template and designs that allows for timely creation of forms. Cons Customer support. When I first purchased the program, customer support was almost none existent. The only thing available was customer forum which as not very helpful. However, i have noticed recently that they have a chat support line that has been helpful. I registered for an account and completed building the form minutes later. After a few minutes of learning which CSS classes were applied to each form element, the look and feel of the form only took a few more minutest and it was pulling data to the spreadsheet. Pros Ease of use and ability to customize a forms CSS to my university's branding standards. Forms are simple and intuitive to build with many options. From standard short and long fields to file upload capabilities, JotForm has many tools to get the job done. Branding was easy to customize by having direct access to the CSS through the form interface. Cons At the time of use, JotForm's pricing structure wasn't optimal for my organization. We had a few users who needed to create and manage forms but we couldn't find a level of access that gave us what we needed. Overall, the structure that we needed was affordable for single use, but not for multiple users. JotForm offers more robust customizable CSS functionality to match branding standards of an institution. This is important for our school since we typically need to create forms and then share the results. Cons We use this program a great deal in our school but we can't put our logo on the top of forms.
