Pros is a tool I don't think many people have heard of, but it's a great product that I use all the time. Even the free version offers pretty much anything you could think of on a form, and all while being highly customizable. I especially appreciated the ability for the user to include an audio snippet, as well as upload their own video/file. The paid version takes the branding off and offers a bit more customization if you're trying to include it within an existing website. Google sheets integration is awesome, allowing you to quickly compile form entries in a central place. Cons I don't think there are many cons - perhaps the ability to purchase a paid version at a lower price point, but I didn't find it particularly expensive and have used the pro version a few times. Had a couple issues integrating it into a WordPress page at one point but I don't think it's an issue any longer. I like it. Pros The ease of use is pretty strong along with the cost being reasonable. It was critical that it had some complex capabilities and it delivered well. Cons Ease of use can yet be improved along with better documentation and access to good help. Sometimes help was not very effective and required many iterations before getting an answer that was helpful. It is so easy to use and we aren't wasting anymore paper! Cons Because I send documents out to students and the same staff members again and again, I wish would store regularly used emails. I also wish I could change the signing order on a sign document and it would stay in that order so I wouldn't have to change it every time. February 13, 2019 5.0 I run a dog training business, and getting information from clients for group classes used to be a painful procedure. Now, I just put the sign up link on my website and Facebook page, and people fill out the form in one go. There's no need for back and forth questions and manual input into a spreadsheet. Everything is done for me. Pros I love for the ability to create aesthetically pleasing forms that are easy for my clients to fill out. Once they have filled them out, I am able to see all of the answers in one place, neatly organised on a spreadsheet. For course signups, it's much easier than emailing each client with the relevant questions and then having to manually input them into a system. Cons I would love the feature to add a note to each form, for example, when a client who has signed up for a class has paid. The feature may be there but if so, I haven't found it yet. I am able to find everything easily, restore things I've accidentally deleted and even remove old customers information to save more room in my account. It's awesome! Pros It's easy to use and extremely customizable. The customer service is also very quick at responding and helpful as well. There are numerous templates and options available for anyone. I am extremely impressed at the usability and the extensive amount of customizations you're able to make to a form, app or checkout page. They have several integrations you can also chose from and it allows you to automatically send a follow up email, PDF or invoice once a submission is completed! For the majority of popular form types, there are hundreds of templates. We've never had to create a form from scratch because of that. Research Programmer Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Pleasantly surprised" September 27, 2019 4.0 I was making my own personal website, with no budget, and wanting a free way to have people be able to submit forms. I found a couple different options that were honestly quite terrible, with very antiquated-looking and difficult-to-customize interfaces... And then I came across ! It lets you create more polished-looking forms, and there is an option to make them for free if you have a low number of users (like me!). It's really great for what it is. Pros You can create free forms for your website, and they look good, too! You can choose between pre-designed themes, which is great for someone who doesn't want to go through the effort (or doesn't know how) to create their own design with HTML and CSS. There IS a paid version, but the free one was perfectly sufficient for my needs. It also integrates with other software - I was able to use Zapier to link form submissions to a Google Drive folder, which really helped me organize. Cons The free version does have fairly strict limits - you can only get so many form submissions per period of time. Honestly this is not that big of a con, of COURSE it makes sense that you should pay for a good service that you use a lot. But still, I was not able to do this once I reached that limit.
