The creating of the form is perfect to gather information however if I would prefer statistics I would use google forms. Pros 1\. The seamless works of the website makes everything flow well. You move from templates to create your own form to how to send out the form 2. Creating the form adding different elements are so easy. Can add signatures, payment options, dates, multiple questions, possibilities are endless 3. The options of how to send it out are numerous. Also if you would like to keep it private you can add a password so only those with a password can utilise 4. Compiles information well 5. Emails me every time someone submitted a form Cons 1\. Statistics I find are not as good as google forms. Google forms provides a good breakdown of each question whereas jot forms compiles the information nicely 2. Can only have so many submissions in 1 month on the free version as well as only so many forms. I do not think they calculate the number of submissions correctly as I had an issue with this before 3. Does not integrate very well. Tried to integrate it with Squarespace and found as soon as the form was submitted the option to submit again was not there. The count starts from the first day of the month to the last day of the same month. We have had a fantastic experience and have received positive feedback from our users. Pros Jotform is easy to use from an administrator standpoint and from a user standpoint. Even our non-techy users are able to figure it out and submit orders and forms. Cons There are no negatives, we have had a good experience with Jotform. Pros We use jotforms throughout our website. It is easy to use and a great way to collect data. The entry areas work well and we can easily customize the entry areas to fit the look and feel of different pages. The data is collected and then used by our sales and support teams to respond to customers. We can customize how the data is sent to us so we can tell from which page the data is being submitted. Cons Sometimes the formatting on the text version of the data that gets transmitted back to us gets a little off. It is never unreadable but periodically it is off. It makes the whole process so much easier for our members to complete, allows me to monitor the progress of the nominations in real-time as they arrive, organises them into categories and colour codes these categories for ease of use.Being able to download these forms and customise the information to send out to other committee members makes this process so much easier for club that is run by volunteers.Amazing product! I like the software because it was able to meet all of the things I need and more. I never had any problem using it and it is very easy to create a form that fits my needs. Pros What I like most about this software is that it is easy and fast to create a very attractive looking form. I can build a form for many different tasks such as scheduling, contact form, and many more within minutes. Cons What I like least about the software is that it there is no option for one-time payment, it only has a subscription plan and there is only a limited number of email I can received per month based on what subscription I chose. Reason for choosing Jotform because JotForm has more features and it is much easier to use than alternative software. We've been using it for quite a while and it's really been very effective for internal communication and external client forms, surveys and some submission forms. Pros It's so easy to setup a contact/submission form and publish to your document or website. Even someone with no coding knowledge can make a contact form. It saved us hundreds of hours of manual entry on complex field relationships. We have maintained our subscription even after our contract that the software was purchased for was up. With its powerful features, we find new ways of integrating our customer requests with Jotform. Cons The only thing that I think jotform could improve is some bug fixes. During the course of creating the form, especially the PDF field, a few bugs were stumbled upon. Luckily, all the bugs we encountered had some form of workaround that allowed us to still use the product to its full potential. Pros The process of using this software was average, but what I liked most of all was that you can have your own signature on whatever you are creating, and I loved the form creator. Cons There could definitely be more fonts and templates. It could be navigated a little bit easier as well.
