They continue to add new features that I didn't even know I needed. I run a large online store and have many different form needs. The dynamic nature of how each form can be set up and truly earned a lot of new revenue for my business. For example, my company offers custom phone cases and the ability for customers to select different sizes, models, colors, and attach their own images is extremely valuable! Pros I've used for several years now and what I like most about the software is the ease of use, amount of form features, and customer support! Cons The price...at first. At first I thought the idea of paying for a form builder was ridiculous. But after playing with all of the features I realize that the amount of in depth coding knowledge I would have needed (or paid for) is would have been far more expensive then the small subscription fee I pay. There are so many customizations that allow you to take your form to a whole new level if you put some time and effort into it. Some things that I find essential: - easy to use - drag & drop - highly personalizable - you can make your forms mobile responsive - you can apply conditional formatting (for example, you can make one question appear only if the respondent replied in a certain way to a previous question) - you can use it for file uploads (e.g. CV submission form) - a wide variety of templates - great documentation Cons I can't think of anything I don't like about it. It's nice to update forms in real time. Pros It is super simple to set up and also offers multiple features: DocuSign and also survey management. Cons Hopping back and forth between Signature documents vs form documents can be a little annoying. The layout could be better. The Signature section could be better at detecting fields that need to be completing. It is also not super mobile friendly for the signature part. Pros What I liked the most is how easy it is to create custom forms adapted to the needs of my business. With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, I was able to create signup, survey, and checkout forms without having to worry about coding or design. In addition, it allowed me to collect information in an efficient and organized way, which helped me improve my relationship with clients and serve their needs more effectively. Cons Although the user interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use, I sometimes find that the navigation can be a bit confusing, especially when working with more complex forms. Our need was not to great as we often cap our RSVPs at a certain number and we never saw ourselves going over the max. The software is easy to use and train others on. You can collect various types of information and personalize confirmation emails. There was never a time where I saw myself saying, "I wish JotForm could do this." Pros is so very easy to use and even using its free version, it has plenty of features to help in making forms and gathering pertinent information. Cons Considering I am using the free version, I cannot say I dislike much at all. I would like to be able to have more submissions and forms, but as we only send out 6-10 forms a year, the free version is plenty, especially if you are able to keep the forms and entries at a minimum. Pros We utilize for our waivers and camp registrations. Cons We are limited on discounts capability for families. We also have upgraded several times now, been charged each time for an entire new account, then return the next day to be kicked back to the free level where we are over monthly submissions and customers can not submit forms. Business Development Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "JOT Form and automating document creation and signing" March 20, 2019 5.0 After searching for literally weeks to improve on our contract creation and document signing process for our Auctions listing agreements, we finally came across Jot Form and its myriad of integrations. After tinkering a bit (using the extensive Jot Form online support tools) we were able to create a process and flow EXACTLY what we were seeking. We needed to totally automate the equipment listing process for our online and offline customers. and the Jot Form and Docusign tight integration filled the bill! Pros It did exactly what we wanted it to do....and then some! Was able to create an embedded form to collect data, then the data was exported onto a contract that had a esign widget from Docusign. Customer answers questions, presses Submit, a fully completed contract is front and center WITH a Docusign sign on to e sign the contract! Cons A slight learning curve to get it going. We originally tried with Google Forms and Document Studio, but the integration with Docusign (or ANY e-signature mode) was problematic.
