There's also great functionality with automation and applying criteria to questions. Cons It took some time to figure out criteria, but once I got it, forms got a whole lot more interesting. Pros is the best form builder out there! I used to use the classic Adobe forms, but this is so much more than that. The templates are beautiful, you can literally do anything with them. All of my forms are so easy to customize, which has helped me improve our conversion rates tremendously. Not just forms, it allows you to build landing pages and its no code so, I don't have to worry about coding. I've been using it for over a year now, and it has made my work so much easier. Working at a survey research firm myself, I prefer over SurveyMonkey or other competitors when it comes to internal surveys at our company. Before booking engines era, we used to collect information for the booking at the hotel. Then I used many times for small surveys. We are using it to ask our customers what breakfast they like, including the agenda (so the breakfast time is not full) and then send directly to the kitchen restaurant. And it stores all my documents, where I can easily access them. It's easy to download submitted forms as PDFs and save them to my travel agent CRM for insurance purposes. Pros This software made it easy to create the forms that we needed. We easily made our applications, policy agreements, customer complaint forms, and our disciplinary and termination forms using . The added bonus to this is not only can I access all of the forms and their submission from the website but I am also notified via email when one it submitted. It allows me to stay on top of all these duties. Cons There are few occasions where the email notification of randomly stops working and I will need to log onto the website to access them but it usually resolves itself in a day or two.
