Pros I appreciate that Jotform has a ton of different options to be able to accomplish our professional goals at our clinic! We probably only use a fraction of them but I appreciate that they exist! Cons I think the inbox can be a little clunky and archiving is a little confusing in terms of looking at old form submissions, but it is truly a very small issue. Pros The pros about this software is it's easy to use to add- to your website for if your website does not have a contact form. The leads come stright to your email and patient can leave any questions or concerns with there contact information. Cons The cons- with this software with their free/trial form it limits to you only some many client can fill out form then it will reach it's limit. Reason for choosing Jotform I choose Jotforms as it had a free trial form, that you can use and try out before purchasing the software. Customer service is lacking and could be an issue if help is needed. Cons Customer service is very difficult to communicate with and there are very few instructions or tutorials available online. This was such a huge headache. We were already using JotForm for an Interview Questionnaire and that was all we used it for. I don't know why it took me so long to realize that the answer to my problems was to link this pdf to a JotForm that I could send and they could just click submit and it came right back to me. And the fact that I could put exactly what I wanted on the JotForm so the applicants knew exactly what information was needed really made me happy. Cons Sometimes the fields from the pdf don't link to the JotForm and you have to go in and manually do it. It takes some time to do that. I'd recommend this tool to anyone. I love how simple and straight forward it is to use. I like how I can use it on blogs, websites, e-mails. I also like how easy it is to implement it onto these platforms and get the form published. Another cool thing is, once you go to publish, after you've finished your form, it's immediately usable for people to fill out the forms. It's seriously a really good product and it's super affordable. Pros JotForm is great! This is one of the products that I use and have not had any problems at all what-so-ever with. It's an extremely easy platform, and I use it via e-mail, and on many of myself and my clients websites. Cons I can honestly say that there really isn't much that they could improve on. The only thing I could say is that they could have more templates for their forms to use, but at the same time, I'm still pleased with what they do have and offer. Aside from a few minor things this is a platform that I'd recommend to small businesses and individuals that need to create beautiful forms quickly. Pros What really stood out about Jotform was how easy it was to create forms and surveys. There are so many customization options, themes and templates that you can quickly create a compelling form or survey within minutes. Cons I wish there was a way to tailor questions based on the individuals responses, but for what you pay for the software you still get a lot of useful features. Another thing that could be improved is the organization of the self help features. I like to use resources such as tutorials, FAQs and similar to solve problem before going to support, but found these resources a bit difficult to navigate - but that's a minor issue. All of them have their limitations. JotForm allows us to receive file uploads on a WordPress site, send quick surveys, and explore detailed feedback from curriculum reviewers. Customer service has been helpful, too. Pros I've come to rely on the Cards version of forms. I like the breadth of integrations and the variety of field types. The new Tables and Reports features are pretty interesting too. JotForm is reasonably easy to set up and very user-friendly on the front end. Cons A lot of the default styles are pretty dated, but there are some fine options for styles. The admin UX takes a bit of getting used to--not quite the normal flow, but there are reasons for this. Pros I am not an absolute professional in terms of computers, I build my websites for my work (Kraulkurse, Aquakuse and Triathlon Coaching) and everything in connection with it. I have only used Jotform as a contact and registration form and am very satisfied with it my modest ratios are enough for the free version of Jotform. Recently I also tried a survey with Jotform. Maybe there are better alternatives here, which are completely specialized in surveys, but here too Jotfrom is completely sufficient and I can even use it to display the results of the survey live on the website. This is a feature that others might have, but I found it only at Jotform For me, Jotform is a very good and reliable tool. Also, we use jotform for our surveys. Ease of management and design is what we always look forward too and I am happy that I get to do this with jotform. Pros I can create forms faster and design them with ease to accommodate or to merge with the design of my website/s. Embedding and sharing the form is easy and managing it is not difficult. Also, the design options are better than other forms. Drag and drop facilities and other features as buttons and choices are easily done. One of the best things are the response from your audience, you can save them through an excel file or through a pdf file which is helpful in all form responses. Email automation is also easy to setup once you get use to all the process. When it comes to the price, it is very affordable. Cons At first, starting it is a challenge for you have to study the whole process. But afterwards, it's okay already.
