We only use the template document creation tool at the moment. I love the HUGE variety of document templates available...literally any form I need? I will be able to create it...both internal forms and those sent to external clients. Consistency is important to me, and means all our company forms have the same look and feel. I love that forms created can be integrated with e-mail -- we use MailChimp for sending to our social followers. We can send out a form like a questionnaire to all of our followers quite easily. Cons Nothing that I dislike so far. Price is right, software is easy to use. Anything that saves time and frustration...and lets me streamline tasks like form creation is a business win for me. It lets me and my team spend our time on content creation -- not creating forms from scratch! My favourite is the integration on slack. It's works on windows as well as MacOS and iOS and Android. Features such as form creation and sharing provided by this software distinguish other similar software. Prices are very competitive for the features. Even free package still enables 5 forms, up to 1000 form views, which are handy for small or individual projects. Cons Interface is smooth but needs upgrades on the look. You can embed them into a website, set them up with a landing page, set up an auto-reply email. It's quite easy to use and makes nice looking forms without too much extra work. Cons The help on the website is convoluted. It can be difficult to find what you need in the pages and pages of forums and FAQs. Sharing files with a coworker or partner can be difficult. It can be complicated to get your form looking exactly how you want if you deviate from the templates - the setup is overly complex for formatting. They helped provide a piece of the puzzle I was missing to give a solution to a client with a special need. The ease of setting up the form, connecting Dropbox, and even embedding it into the webpage we used was easy as can be. Pros I was faced with a unique problem with a client who wanted to collect contracts they used in their business (lots of contracts weekly) with out having to have physical forms floating everywhere. I used the integrations that offers - like digital signatures and Dropbox syncing to create a workflow to minimize paper, expedite contract gathering, and have a digital record with out the hassle! Clients could visit a special website that contained the contract on an iPad by the main entrance, sign the contract, submit it, and BOOM! It was gathered in virtual storage! Cons I didn't find much I was displeased with when it came to . There were minor style tweaks that I couldn't get around when using the form inside of a website but it was so minor that it's not even worth the complaint. The new "cards" presentation mode bring up to scratch other other modern survey platforms. Their pricing is on par with the rest of the market, but the value of services received is higher. Also love that whitelabeling is included with all paid subscriptions. Cons I'm not too clear what their roadmap is. This makes is difficult to tell if their feature-set will grow with my needs. It seems that their development team are perhaps outsourced, or at least quite isolated from the business and support side of the company, since official replies on their support forums can be inconsistent. Unfortunately I hit a bug in their new "cards" feature – my report was acknowledged, but they were unable to give an ETA for a fix and some months later I still haven't received any follow-up.
