Integration was awesome and my client loved it Cons Trying to tweak a few features on JotForm takes a little bit of time specially cause there are so many things you can do that it's overwhelming some time to get to know all the capabilities. I wanted to create a contact form for my website, but I didn't want to use a clunky interface like the one that Wordpress offers. I found JotForm and it was a great experience. It has a clean interface, and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend it. Cons Sometimes we get spam records from the form, when it is applied publicly on the website. April 5, 2019 5.0 Very good; it's well worth it, and as a non profit, its affordable. Pros JotForm is very intuitive and easy to learn without studying the help guides. I liked that I could jump right in and figure out how to set it up. Cons Two minor things were problematic: I didn't know that when I signed up, that my username would forever be part of the URL. Fortunately JotForm helped me change that from my personal name to the company name. Second, I always forget, when I am cloning a document to update the Thank You page. That's led to some embarassing moments. That's on me, but a (stronger?) reminder to update that page would be helpful! April 16, 2018 3.0 Pros Versatile, Covers many payment provider API's. Easy to implement and get a form up and running. Easy to update and edit. Cons As of May 2018, they are now limiting the number of payments you can take online, on top of charges and fees from your credit card payment processors. I'm a small company, and I feel I'm being punished for taking payments. I don't care for the model and will be looking for a jotform alternative. I personally have used it in my role as a recruiter. I used it to create a sign in form at job fairs so that my sign in sheet would be digital and that the information could easily be uploaded into a spreadsheet. Jot form helps me stay organized and ahead of my recruitment competition. I can easily follow up with applicants with out having to read their handwriting. Cons No real cons at all. I have successfully created many surveys with these tools and would highly recommend Jotform to people that are new to creating surveys Pros Jotform has been truly great with creating and distributing various data collection surveys and managing surveyors responses and creating data reports. What I love most is though Jotform supports CSS which makes things abit easier for me. Cons Only option when exporting data is in the form of PDFs and the mobile app doesn’t allow you to view analytics through it, other than that it’s great! Overall, it's been good and while we do pay for the bronze tier, it's more than enough forms for us to use! Pros Jotform's form builder is basic enough for even a child to use which is great for setting up our company forms. In addition, branding the forms with our logos, URLs, etc, allows the forms to feel like they've been around since the start. Cons The Online PDF form version of jotform is a bit tough to deal with as sometimes the built form and the PDF form do not sync and having to put the custom fields everytime is a pain. Reason for choosing Jotform Jotform's free forms allowed us to try the platform prior to paying for more than 5 forms. 123FormBuilder wasn't as easy for setup as Jotform for our team. It gives me the ability to gather all the information I need from my clients in one easy step while leaving room for them to add additional questions and requests. Pros This software comes in an easy, customizable format. I can easily tailor each form for individual clients, confirming their personal detail, travel requests, and receipt of payment/cancellation details. One easy form emailed to my clients provides all the details needed to place a hold on their trip. These details are then printed as confirmation of their agreement-protection for my agency! Cons It takes a little bit of time to understand all the features that are available and to find normal keys like the move button. But once you figure it out the site is simple to navigate.
