Pros I liked the ability to have a field that requires a signature from the user. I used this as a graduate student in pharmacy school to document certain responsibilities, and professors would need to sign off on certain responsibilities and this app has that function, which made my life a lot easier. Cons The option to attach a picture to a form is there, and when selected, will allow you to use your camera on your device to capture the picture. However, when trying to upload the picture into the form, it will oftentimes state that the file size is too large, and the option to decrease the size of the image does not exist. May 30, 2019 5.0 I am incredibly satisfied with this software and will be using it for any relevant staff forms in future. It takes so little prep work (besides figuring out what you want to ask for on the form) and returns the fully filled out form/questionnaire from each staff member for me to gather info from. Pros This software was so easy to use! I am not the most technical person by ANY means, yet using JotForm was so easy! I used it to create a feedback form for my team for a Team Development Day, and it was so clear in leading me through the process in making the most thorough and personalised form. I didn't need to sign up for anything or hand over my credit card information before using the system (which is near impossible to find these days) and was still able to use the form to gather the feedback. Cons The only issue I can find with this software is that it isn't AS pretty as it could be. The layouts aren't mind-blowingly gorgeous. I've been able to do pretty much everything that I want from visual formatting to data entry to conditional logic to third party integration...it's all there! Very impressive and mostly intuitive. Cons My only con is that sometimes my usage numbers take a while to update. I reached a file storage limit, deleted the files, but then my account was still disabled because the numbers didn't update. I reached out to customer service and they straightened it out, but I think the issue is still there if it happens again. Sophisticated, yet easy-to-setup conditional logic 3. Customer service: answers are fast, detailed and on-point. They even film a demo of what they mean with YOUR example. This within hours, despite the fact that my questions could be quite technical/detailed. Cons On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti. Reason for choosing Jotform What pushed us over the edge was the formatting possibilities and how easy they were to design, but it is an incredible package altogether: GDPR-compliant, drag/drop features, tons of form elements (e.g. rating scales), and incredible conditional logic. It has helped me to efficiently create and send forms to users to gather needed information in an effective way. Pros What I liked most about JotForm was its ease of use. There were useful templates that are able to be used and were customizable. I used JotForm to create sign up for students to participate in clubs. Jot form also has the ability to down all the form responses into an excel or google spreadsheet. This was helpful because I then could manipulate the data to create letters ( using mail merge). There was also the ability to create links and send the links for users to complete forms. Finally, I was able to set a term length for the links to be active and send auto-responses when the Cons I don't have any cons for JotForm.
