Wee had been using the Adobe forms tool, until it was discontinued and needed aa quick option to convert all of our forms and this met our needs. Cons I think lacks in customization options. If you are even slightly technically there are other tools that allow for greater customization for similar costs. Our company can do many different things on Jotfrom besides just surveys, so a 'one-stop shop' is perfect. Pros What I liked most is being able to add payment options for the user.The person inputting their information into the can add credit card information to pay.Also being able to make the email required before moving onto the next page helps my company keep track of who was taking the survey. Cons When downloading the excel sheet it can tedious scrolling left and right for all the questions.Maybe a different workbook would help? Its easy to create logic for various purposes. There are several options available, and JotForm has several pre-existing conditions, and allows the flexibility to create your own equations for whatever business need there is. I managed to create a usable form in less than 1 hour, and I was unable to launch the form and garner reviews fairly quickly. I like the speed of the website hosting mechanism. The loading time of forms is optimized, as forms that are created and links that are shared are quickly loaded on whatever device is used. There is also a useful confirmation page after each form is submitted, ensuring users are aware that there answers have been submitted. All in all, a good service, specially if you are looking for a quick and fast method to collect data or create forms without having to program or invest in creating a website. Pros 1\. I use their forms to collect feedback from customers, and they always look great. What I like most about it is that it's easy to customize the colors, fonts, or even the design if you want to make it more personalized for your brand. They offer a huge library of templates and are constantly adding new designs. The customer support is also wonderful. I'm SO GLAD I found ! Pros The form creator is awesome! It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me. It also emails me the form and attachment, plus with the integration into OneDrive, I can keep track of all my form submissions. The free tier is definitely more than ample to test-drive the platform. Cons It would be nice if there were some better logs or alerts around integrations. I've had 2 or 3 forms that did not get emailed to me and weren't uploaded to my OneDrive. I keep an eye on the platform inbox, so I did catch these. We also have an email history where you can check all your email logs e.g. emails sent to your form's recipient email addresses. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-how-to-view-all-your-form-email-history As for integrations, as far as I know, we do not currently have logs for it nor alert our users when submissions failed to be sent to the integrated 3rd party apps but rest assured, JotForm always sends the form data to the integrated apps even when there are occasional delays. It isn't the sexiest platform out there, but with a little CSS you can get the forms styled exactly how you want them. It would be nice to have better WYSIWYG options.
