And they have been super easy to implement into our Wordpress website. Pros We use for patients to submit New Patient Paperwork for their first dental visit. It's been great to be able to get this information from them before the first appointment and saves a lot of time for both us and the patient. Cons Some older, or less technically advanced, patients have had issues with the software. So there is a learning curve for people who may not be as tech savvy. The high level of customization and the ability to embed the form makes this our go-to tool for building online forms. Pros is a hosted solution that allows you to build a form and distribute it immediately. The ability to customize and embed the form enables a low skill workforce to build solutions for a wide variety of use cases. Cons The simple pricing tiers. Not everyone has the same needs and it would be nice to be able to swap some functionality for other functionality without jumping into a higher priced tier. Reason for choosing Jotform has a lot more options to customize the form fields and workflow. Jotform is also able to embed the form into an existing space and it fits seamlessly. It was quite simple to create a form with the fields I required my clients to complete and that allows them to upload files when contacting me. Cons Because of the form's propensity to get chopped off on mobile browsers, it is difficult to read and fill out.You can only collect a certain number of forms before being charged, and it is pricey. I also have had excellent success setting up fairly simple forms. There are a few templates that can get users started. Cons Designing the complicated forms takes quite a bit of testing. If the form is placed on a Home page, each time the page is viewed counts as a form view which can run your subscription costs higher. I have never used or had to put a survey together without a professional company doing it. If I can do it - so can you! Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this product! Pros I loved how easy it was to create a form! The pre-designed form elements, ease of copying/pasting and rearranging were so helpful when we designed a survey. Cons I was super excited that it interfaces with other programs (ie Google Docs), unfortunately it didn't work very smoothly. Planning to call their customer service and get to the bottom of it. The auto-responder is very effective as well, and the surveys are emailed quickly and efficiently. Integrations, form building and hosting...it's user friendly and implements easily right out of the box. Pros is the chameleon of products. It blends in and doest exactly what you need it to, how you need it to, and where you need it to. Also the most inexpensive out there with very little advertising on pages. Cons There has been a couple glitches with the automated email notifications where I set up a notification weekly and it sends me about 10 emails.
