I find that this program is not only powerful, but has many customisable layouts for a very professional aesthetic. Cons There have been times when my emails have either been rejected, or have ended up in a Client's SPAM folder as the I think Jotform may have been listed as SPAM. Unsure though. Pros I've used this on a couple of websites for photo contests and site contacts. I liked that I could add logic so that the form would adapt when someone selected a drop-down entry. Cons At the time I set these forms up, the interface didn't have the easiest UI. The company has been making continual improvements. It has made integrating our Drive for submissions a breeze which in the end helps multiple people have access to review. The user interface is simple and friendly. While the back-end is clear to set up. Cons Needs a office 365 plug in as another drive option that a lot of people use as well, rather than having to use a third party in between. A me serviva in specifico creare un test e con altri software non è possibile farlo. Posso inoltre scegliere quasi totalmente il design del test e raccogliere i dati delle persone che lo fanno. Anche l'invio di mail automatiche al completamento del test è molto utile. Cons Dovevo impostare 6 email automatiche diverse in base al risultato del test, però durante l'attivazione della quarta è uscito che per il mio pacchetto gratuito potevo attivare solo 3 mail. Il che lo ritengo giusto perché ho per il momento un pacchetto free però non è dichiarato da nessuna parte durante l'attivazione dell'account, per questo motivo ho dovuto ricalibrare tutto il test. November 23, 2018 5.0 We migrated to JotForm when another e-signature vendor failed to meet expectations. I recognize that JotForm is not, primarily, an e-signature company, but the functionality they provide for all manner of digital forms is awesome. We think up new ways to integrate JotForm into our business processes all the time...and it is so easy and intuitive to design and test. Pros So easy to use. So many customizable features, widgets and integrations. Cons "Thank-you"/"Auto-responder" email will only send you a .pdf, not a .csv or .xlsx. There are more robust ways of passing form data to a database if you are an IT professional using API's or PHP/webhooks. But if you aren't an IT professional, you want that automated .csv file. The process is much easier and straightforward with the opportunity for missing information eliminated Cons The only thing we've had issues with is the formatting into our email. Worth it. And has a decent free pricing. Pros JotForm had a lot of options that Google Form and Typeform and other form software don't have. Such as accepting payment, accepting signatures, etc. Cons JotForm limits what its users can and cannot do with the forms unnecessarily even if you are just making a form for testing purposes. Unlike Google Forms where you can essentially do whatever you want. We also use them at exhibitions and with customers for this reason. Pros Very easy to use and create nice looking forms. API for integration with other software and reporting. Cons No real Google analytics integration for the form submissions so it has to be botched. Support agents tend to parrot FAQs and then pass issues higher up until they get solved after a long time. It is very powerful! Cons The Gold Tier has a limit of 10'000 submissions, and then you would have to switch to the enterprise version or create new accounts which is very inconvenient.
