But, it needs further development. Pros Super easy to use and the service is very affordable. There are also bolt-ons like a mobile and desktop app builder, which makes it a great basic form builder and data capture system. Cons The styling of the forms and flexibility of the builder is fairly clunky. It does the job, but could look more professional. Also, the output of the forms could use a lot of work, it produces fairly unstructured email outputs. Pros I was able to quickly and easily set up my nutrition assessment forms for my clients. I was able to customize entries and the options were endless. I love that they now do HIPAA compliance. I was able to easily send the forms to clients with no problems and see the results clearly and concisely. I love that the free version had everything I needed. Cons One thing that I found was an issue was that upon completing the form I had forgotten to put a submit button and the software didn't do an auto check to remind me to add it and a client had to fill the whole thing in twice.
