It takes form management to an efficient and easy to use part of gathering important information. Pros The ability for form customization is highly important to me, as well as ease of use. The price point is quite good, especially if you have a large number of forms. Customer support continues to improve and get faster. Cons Not being able to have multiple people access Jotform admin is a significant drawback. It limits organizations and creates a bottleneck in team flow, as only one person has the ability to edit and revise forms, unless you use a work around. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. Support can be complex, as on occasion they do not read through the full request or read what has been attempted to solve an issue. They love how professional the surveys look and appreciate being able to "see behind the curtain" on results as they come in. It's easy to share the forms with clients, too. Pros It's very easy to create detailed surveys with a variety of question types. The logic routing is easy to set up and helps us simplify longer surveys.
