Pros I like that I can easily create forms to capture information from my clients. I can embed the forms into my website so it looks like it's part of my website. You can add conditional formatting to the form fields, integrate with tons of apps, and customize the thank you page or redirect to your own. Cons The only feature I wish it had is the ability for the person filling the form to (easily) save their answers so they could come back later and finish filling the form. There was kind of a clunky way you could accomplish this but seemed like a pain. I just instructed my clients to fill out the entire form in one sitting. Pros It’s pretty basic and not as in depth or time consuming as some of the other like IntelliApp, DriverReach, or CDLSuite. This is very benefiting but not as much the carrier if you want every detail. I have personally filled out every single one of the driver applications as a driver and now work with JotForm as a recruiter in the trucking industry. Cons JotForms biggest advantage can also be a shortcoming. It does what it does well, and is just about the lowest cost out there. Pros We used the free version of Jotform for about 2 years on our website to acquire leads. We eventually grew out of it and upgraded (very competitive price compared to other form tools). We embedded the forms in two different websites, using two different platforms. Very happy with the user end functionality, ability to customize, and overall capabilities. The form is always quick to load and it's easy to access inboxes and assign recipients. Cons Ideally, it would've been great to see more analytics on how people were using the forms. It also didn't always look great on mobile - certainly functional on a cell phone, but didn't snap to size quite as smoothly as I would have preferred. We used it to create several pre-screening forms that we sent to parties who expressed interest in purchasing a franchise from us. It was easy to create the form in JotForm using their tools and to embed the link to the form in our email correspondence. I like getting instant email notifications when someone submits one of our forms. Cons I am very pleased with this software tool and I really can't think of any cons. January 9, 2018 4.0 This is good alternative platform for online forms like we used for one of our campaign in which we used it for nomination template. It was successful and you can definitely try this. Pros I was searching for online solution which has all the features for surveys and form making with readily available templates. Jot Form fulfills all the requirements, it has great embedded integration with shopify and other platforms as well. Simple and easily available templates. we can add more customer fields which are they have already integrated with online forms. I was purposely searching for Video upload option through form and it has that facility. I liked this platform and you should try this. It is very cheap as well. Cons I couldn't found much cons for this but having said that there are limited default designs/ templates available for paid version as well. Supports is bit slow which cause delays in resolutions.
