They have a lot of automation features and a friendly user interface. Customer service is also very quick and efficient. Cons The only disadvantage is that each form's individual settings are somewhat hidden. Once you know where they are, it is not difficult to find them, but you may need to search the first time to ensure that some of the settings are configured correctly. And the sales team was really pleased with the functionality. Overall a great solution for our needs. Cons Free version scaled back notification emails from three to one (1). The fact that its usage does not require much tech competence is also a plus if you mmight use it together with people who are not particularly specialized in working with online forms and/or used to correspondence and working through Internet. Cons I would like to see a character limit on entering international phone numbers. That field provides an opportunity for spammers to go beyond the desired number. October 9, 2022 5.0 I have had no complaints at all, we have had jotform since we founded our nonprofit. We have had some financial ups and downs, but no matter if we had money or not. Jotform allowed us to go back to the free version when funding was down and back to our subscription when funding was good. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us! Pros I love the product. The forms and surveys are easy to do and I'm always excited to hear when they have new additions! Cons I can't say I've found any cons with this software.
