You can sent these out to your clients or have them follow a link. The software it simple to use and figure out. I feel like there wasn't a learning curve at all. Cons They say that these forms are hippa compliant, but if I were to use them for anything medical I don't see anything other than their word proving that. This almost ended up being the form builder we used for the project because we liked the product a lot. Pros I appreciated that they have a great free option (a huge necessity for my non-profit!) I liked the appearance of the final form; a lot of the other builder tools created forms that looked dated and clunky. Cons Although there was a lot of customization available, the free plan did not allow for enough forms and views for our project. Obviously this could be solved by a monthly subscription, but we needed a free option.
