July 31, 2018 5.0 My customers are able to pre-order their food on a weekly basis with me by using Jot Form. This makes things much easier for me! Pros I like that I could customize to fit my needs and have it match the feel of my website. My customers love it. Cons It is a little difficult sometimes to set up a particular form the way you want it and you can't speak to anyone in customer service via the phone. It is all via chat or emails. Sometimes it is much easier to explain to someone over the phone what you wanting rather than having to type your question out. We don't want them to go in and edit the document themselves, as that could cause problems. I use this to track the edits and make them in the document. I love being able to star and un-star the comments - helps me keep track of which ones I have done. Pros I really like how user friendly it is to create a form! I also like how you can edit your form after you have already created/sent it. We have use this feature many times when we realize we need more information from the people we sent it to! Online Content Manager Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great Form Tool" March 8, 2018 5.0 Pros makes it super easy (and dare I say it - fun!) to put together forms. I have used it to build maintenance request forms, guest surveys, and various other request forms that guests might fill out. In the years I've been using Jotform they have improved their interface, made their form builder more user-friendly, and made it easier to add conditional logic to your forms - win win! I have had no problems adjusting the look of my forms, and have been able to easily add them to web pages when necessary. I also love the options for sending email notifications when a form is completed - this is really great to keep our team informed. Cons has reduced what is available in their free plan, but really you can still do a lot even if you don't have the budget to invest money in it. And if you DO pay for a bit more then you've really got a lot to work with. I can't think of anything else to complain about. Some of our residents have been resistant to getting away from a paper trail and thus far, we have won several of them over. Pros We were looking for an easy to use platform that we could incorporate making our clubhouse rental agreement digital. This works perfect! We were able to link the form in our thank you email that the homeowner received after requesting the calendar appointment. It has been very easy to use, and we receive a PDF copy of the agreement that we are then able to upload into the owners file. Cons So far - there isn't anything that I dislike about it. I am an above average user, so there s probably a learning curve that a more novice person might experience - but I really have been very impressed.
