I am not someone who understands computer technology and coding. But I found JotForm extremely easy to use and I was able to make a professional looking form with it. Thanks to the registration form I was able to create, my company has been able to expand our services and make our programming more accessible. JotForm's forum is also a great source for quick and useful help and ideas for improving your forms! Cons I wish there was a multiselect calendar function/widget that would let you select multiple dates on a single calendar without hard locking those dates so no one else can select them. Pros It helped me create a aesthetically pleasing contract and questionnaire to send to my clients, and helps me keep track of jobs coming up, who the family is, what the occasion is, etc. Cons When I print the submitted contracts it only prints text responses, not my whole contract. Cons Some of the interface options seem almost too simplistic, but this is not really a major con with the software. It was particularly useful to me who was using where I wasn't experienced in form making. The forms they create always are clean. Eventually with the sites we made, the forms were just not generating enough submissions to keep a paid subscription and we moved back down to the free account. Pros • Ease of use in form creation • Ability to implement easily into different platforms (wordpress, muse, html, etc) & on different browser sizes • Value for a free account Cons • We had some difficulty in billing & moving from a paid account to a free one. Then my website said "form deleted by owner" and my form no longer appeared in jotform.com. I chatted with customer support who said nothing was wrong with my jotform account, and suggested it may be a "backend" issue. I contacted my host, and they ran a site check on jotform.com. The sitecheck (sitecheck.com) showed a medium risk for jotform. Being the first time I tried sitecheck.com, I tried it on my website (low-risk) and a few others. Without saying I was hacked, I'm not going to risk another "form deleted by user." Pros Preset template that could be tweaked. Easy upload. Cons Learning curve, couldn't find a searchable index.
