Pros Easy to use tool with fair pricing, and convenient for me as a small business owner since I can scale it based on my needs. There are lots of form customizations and integrations for the price, as well as some new AI agent features which seem cool. Cons Limited free trial, but realistically that's only fair! Other than that, no major complaints about the platform. Our first form was very simple but now we have two more complex forms that save our team many hours of time. It was a great investment! Pros It is a very robust website for capturing data. We were easily able to set up the forms based on a PDF we had and then have Jotforms complete the PDF. For small simple forms it is very easy. Cons For complex forms, it can be a lot of work. For one of the forms we had seven PDFs that needed to be combined together and we did not want the person to have to rekey repetitive data (like name). It wasn't hard but tedious. Pros There is an ease to the use of the platform that some others don't have, such as how easy it is to reorganize questions for different versions. The best part is being able to template something out and then reuse that template as a base for other templates. Very efficient, easy, and enjoyable to use. The customer service was quite friendly as well. I've had a couple of zoom meetings where they helped me. Pros It is extremely user friendly and pleasant to look at. You can make your tables or forms as colorful as you like. They are very customizable. The software also allows you to collect a lot of information very easily and makes it easy to get an idea of what is going on with any form you've created, such as who has or has not signed your form yet. Cons For a while I had difficulties with some employees not being able to sign into jotform and sign the forms I was sending them. But finally figured out a way to bypass this and I can now send a form link directly to them without any account needed. It just immediately opens up to the form. We use it so frequently and has many applications available. Pros Jotform is user friendly so all of our staff can use it. It has great functions where you can set minimum response lengths to form questions, have multiple locations in which the form will be auto-sent and has privacy options as well. We use it for legal waivers and enrollment forms and works great for both. Cons You have the option to upload logos and some general formatting but for the most part, it's hard to conceal that it's a third party platform and sometimes it lacked some sophistication.
