Fantastic, easy to use form builder overall. They’ve also added some great reporting tools on the back end. Cons Some list widgets come through on the back end all in one field which takes some wrangling. I’ve had a few glitches with this software as well but the support team are generally helpful. Pros Tracking forms...I have replaced two old Access database programs with simple tracking forms! My JotForms easily replaced my old method and the reporting function is great! Cons Some forms are easier to modify than others. With so many to choose from, it is sometimes difficult to find exactly what you want so then you have to modify slightly for your own use. " January 17, 2018 4.0 It allows us to build nearly any forms we'd need that are beyond what Google forms are capable of. Pros It is incredibly flexible and easy to use with a straightforward drag and drop interface and a plentiful set of widgets allowing you to make everything from data acquisition to payment forms. Cons Unlike some alternatives, it's a bit disappointing that there is no unlimited submission tier available and the tiers available are a touch pricier than I would like. Pros Builder is fairly easy to use, most of the necessary items are easy to add, identify and implement. Easy to place with customized link on website, facebook page, etc. Clean, easily identifiable labels, and very customizable as far as colors and look. Cons They keep changing the pricing point. If you have a subscription, you should not be subjected to price point changes until your subscription is up for renewal. Latest update almost doubles what we were paying. It's not easy to have forms sized automatically for each device. Should be easy option to "Size for Mobile, tablet" option vs having to implement code. We've set up RSVP forms for open houses, Standard forms for Ad and tradeshow requests, change requests for websites, and even internal surveys for our Loan Officers. We keep all the excel downloads we need for follow up or auditing. The themes are great for the holidays and the fun forms. Very easy to use. Pros I can create almost any form that someone can think up. The options are varied enough that we can create what we need. Cons Switching back and forth between the theme pages and the actual form takes a bit of getting used to. No programming or database knowledge need! I love Jotform! Pros The advanced features such as flowchart integration for education and premium templates. Jotform feels much more polished than other data collecting software (i.e. Google Forms). Complicated data collection can be easier with Jotform. Cons Pricier business model that free versions. More advanced features require a steeper learning curve than other online software of the same type. It can get complicated. I was so excited when they came up with a HIPAA server / version. However when I transferred over to the server I could no longer access my data and they can't fix the problem in a timely manner.
