Pros is fairly easy to use. They have greatly improve their interface, which makes it more easily used online to fill out and electronically sign important documents. Cons The price is a little high, except they offer better attractive pricing late in the calendar year. They do offer a free limited plan. No hiccups or technical issues. Our giveaway event was smooth because of this form builder. We will definitely keep using for our marketing efforts. Pros We are using 's Free plan for our giveaways to get the entries from participants. You can integrate it with Dropbox wherein a user can upload a file or an image then it will save automatically to your Dropbox account. All entries can be exported to a spreadsheet or a PDF file. The UI is very nice which makes it very easy to use and navigate. You can make a simple form in minutes. Cons is a great tool and there's nothing to dislike. We love it. Pros I love how customizeable the forms are. Getting signatures on internet documents is invaluable. Using the right plugins also helps us stay organized with a digital filing system; everytime a form is filled out a digital pdf is made and sent to the google drive. March 17, 2018 1.0 Pros The service works great. It took a lot of time to figure out how to make everything work. Once we did, it has been a great tool. Cons The company does not honor their agreements. Our nonprofit service organization of over 190 members started using a little over a year ago. We prepaid for 2 years and invested hundreds of hours to build about 30 forms that we use for club administration and fundraising. It worked wonderfully! Then Jotform decided to change the service they provide. Instead of unlimited payment processing that we already paid for, we now only get 10 payment transactions per month. To get unlimited (which we paid for) will now cost us 7 times as much! What kind of company does that to a customer that has already paid for a set service? And even more important, will not reply. Is it possible to have a real person call me? You are able to imbed payment within the form, so you don't have to use precious time tracking that separately. Cons It's not a free service, though cost is tiered based on use. For some projects, I still might recommend Google Forms solely because of the cost, but certain functionality that provides (payment especially) is absolutely worth the cost.
